We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Everything was handled so efficiently, from the initial quote with Rob and Jamie, to Emma keeping us updated throughout, right through to the moving team arriving on the day. Everyone was so polite, respectful, and accommodating, which made what could have been a stressful day feel so much easier. Thank you all for making our move such a positive experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you—in fact, we already have!

East Devon removals were excellent. They arrived at the time they said. Packed efficiently, carefully and quickly. And the same at the other end. The guys were super friendly and helpful. We moved from Southampton to Devon so it was a long job but they did it all with a smile. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the first enquiry via the website through to leaving after the move, East Devon Removals were first class.
All enquiries to the office were answered promptly and helpfully, including regular updates about available dates.
Jamie’s survey of our house, pre-move was thorough and comprehensive with him making copious notes. This was reflected in the quote that was provided the next day. A very local company visited but never provided a quote, and an Exeter company only provided (a more expensive quote) from a video survey that I did for them.
The day before the move Mark came and packed up everything in our 4-bed house. He was polite, friendly and worked non-stop.
On the day of the move, Mark, Cam and Wayne dismantled furniture and loaded everything into 3 panel vans. They then waited patiently, and without complaint for 2 hours until we completed on the flat were buying. Without any fuss, and no stops for rest that I could see, they unloaded everything into the right rooms in less than three hours.
The only item missed during the packing was a furry hedgehog doorstop and I get the feeling that if we’d stood still for 10 minutes, we’d have been packed as well!

Rob and Jamie recently moved us to Cornwall and they were absolutely fantastic. Whole day went so smoothly. Together with Steve they were a dream team! Prompt, professional and friendly. They also took the time to come and visit to quote which was greatly appreciated and we got to meet them both. We cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend them. Emma who dealt with our enquiry and logistics was brilliant too and so prompt and helpful. Top quality service and people. Thank you all.

I can’t recommend East Devon Removals enough! They were so pleasant to deal with: from Emma who set up the move - through to the team that removed our furniture and other contents from London to their storage facility. Emma arranged, at our request, for the same team to take our possessions out of storage and to our new home in Sidmouth. No breakages and no surprises. Their calm, professional and friendly approach took all the stress out of our move. They were all brilliant.
