Simon went above and beyond, fitted us in around normal working hours for a survey. Provided a video call due to us not living locally and sent separate videos. Amazing service, brilliant communication and an extremely human experience. Thank you Simon. Highly recommend, communication was exceptional. Nice to know people exist, who are still willing to go that extra step to help. Thank you ❤️

Our lounge was being decorated and Joe Carr Removals arranged storage for our furniture etc whilst this was being done. They collected when they said and delivered back when they said. Great guys and highly recommend

A massive thankyou to Joe Carr Removals when moving us from Metheringham to Darlington. They went above and beyond in trying to fit us in before 1st April.Our thanks go to Simon, Harry and 2 other lads for loading it all and to Ben, Charlie and 2 local lads from Chester-le-street for unloading. A special mention to Ben for dropping off the second load. They were all very professional, polite, friendly and quick. No breakages or damage.No hesitation in recommending them at all.

A brilliant company to deal with! They assessed my moving requirements and provided a quote very quickly. Moving day was slick and very professional, everything was kept clean and safe during transit and handling. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I paid extra for dismantling/reassembly of bed frames and furniture, which is well worth the money, saving time and stress. Couldn't fault any part of the process. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service, from the initial quotation process, through packing the house up and the moving day. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
