I would give 0/10 if this were an option. The company picked up my boxes in Spain on June 25 and to this date (three months later) have not provided me with a single shipping update. My inquiries go nowhere and they cannot or will not tell me where my shipment is, far less when it might be delivered to my UK address. There has been zero customer service. Once they receive your money, it seems you as a customer cease to exist. I purchased insurance but a claim must be filed with 7 days of the delivery date and they never provided a specific date. Avoid this company like the plague.

Just imagine for a moment that your boxes to be shipped are your only child,12 year old Miranda that you booked a one week all-inclusive holiday camp for. Prices are good, the website is sleek and the phone contact is very nice - What could possibly go wrong?!
Unfortunately the tour bus to pick her up is a no show (pickup time 9AM-6PM) so you take a second day of annual leave to send her off to her holiday adventure. Still no one arrives but after personally arranging the transfer to the airport on the third day your little girl is finally off to her first holiday adventure without mom and dad! Everything seems good now. Mishaps happen.
When it is time to welcome little Miranda back in your arms you get the slightly alarming news that the travel agency is actually a front for a UK based terrorist group that kidnapped her and kept her in their lair deep in the English forests. Although your wife does not agree and is crying day and night, you think 'Surely these are reasonable people, after all you paid them already!' after 3 weeks of ransom letters and taunting...'Your girl is too fat, pay us 400 GBP for that - Oh no actually she's not anymore, we cut off one arm to make the weight LOL!'

De instructies rond benodigde papieren waren onduidelijk en ze wisten dus niet hoe ze het benodigde formulier, wat ze zelf handden aangemaakt bij de dozen te krijgen. Tracking werkte niet en zei alleen maar 'in process.'

I don't recommend using this company, they said it would take 3 to 10 days to move the items once received, they received the items on May 13th, didn't get my stuff until June 18th, and the items came unannounced, fortunately I was home when the delivery came by. I had many issues with my final payment, first I was being overcharged £20 and when I tried to inquire at to why this was I was completely ignored. I rung, leaving multiple messages and sent multiple emails which never got responded to. When someone rung me for a separate reason to do with my shipment I inquired again with them but was told they couldn't help me and that no-one was available but I would get a phone call back from someone from the invoice team urgently - again this never happened.
I spent over a week trying to get in contact with someone with no acknowledgement of my inquiry.
I then got an email asking me to pay my final payment again, which now had gone down to only overcharging me £5, again I tried contacting to find out what this was for or why it had changed as no-one has spoken, explained or apologies to me about the previous extra charges. Again I went completely ignored.
After a week of trying to contact Baggage Hub daily, I finally got hold of someone, who forwarded my issue to the invoice team (who I had already been trying to contact and I had been told they had been made aware of my issue before) who finally got back to me and told me this was an admin charge - something that wasn't documented anywhere on the website - but in any case they waivered the fee and I paid my final payment.
Also on that phone call I was told my boxes hadn't left the country I was moving from and wasn't given any reason as to why this was the case but was assured that they would be shipped to me with my within the 10 days that I was told the shipping would take.
On day 9 of those 10 days my boxes still hadn't arrive and I hadn't been given any tracking numbers or information on my boxes. Again I got in touch with Baggage Hub and was informed that my boxes still hadn't moved and that the shipment had been delayed and only been cleared for shipping the day before because of the delay in me paying my final invoice. I was shocked to find this out as, as I have stated, I had been trying to get in contact with Baggage Hub for over a week to talk about my invoice and it was Baggage Hub's delay in completely ignoring my multiple complaints for a whole week that led to me being delayed in paying my final payment. No-one had been in contact with me about my invoice complaint and those people I did get hold of did not inform me that not paying this final part of my invoice would delay my shipment. To state plainly, it is clear that the delay in paying my invoice was at the fault of Baggage Hub as, without me continually trying to get in contact about it, no-one would ever have got back to me, the payment would never have got made and I wouldn't have received my boxes on time. Moreover, if I was made aware of this, I would have been forced to pay the original final invoice overcharge of £20 - an amount that has never been explained to me. It seems like there was an attempt to overcharge me and when I asked for an explanation for this price I was then punished by delaying and not contacting me and as such having my whole shipment being delayed, which I was then blamed for.
After all this I lodged an official complaint with Baggage Hub and asked to speak to someone to discuss my experience and again, unsurprising, I was ignored.
It is clear that from the final invoice my experience of Baggage Hub was awful and I would not recommend or be using them again.

This resulted in the boxes never arriving and me having to find an alternative solution with another company the day of the move. Until the day of the move, they kept telling me that the packages were going to arrive, but they never did.

I'd give this experience 0/10 if not because, at the end, Baggage Hub has change the customer service person, who took care of everything in the end quite nicely.
The first issue is about Baggage Hub partner, TNT. I don't really understand why TNT can still be in business. TNT was, at least, responsible for picking up my baggages in Sweden and shipped them to Baggage Hub warehouse in UK. It took 3 tries before they can managed to pick up my baggage.
TNT has 2 serious problems. First, they wouldn't call their customer when they arrived and they leaved when the customer didn't show up. Second, the very serious one, TNT didn't provide the exact time when they will arrive. They said that they can arrive anytime between 9-16.
The first time when TNT came, I live in the basement of the house and I know nothing about what's going on outside. I also didn't know that TNT wouldn't call their customer. I've waited with my baggages and looked at the phone the whole day, while TNT came and left quietly.
The second time when I was on the way to the airport and I let my neighbour take care of TNT with all the documents needed. They came and they left because I was not around !!.
The third time was a success because my neighbour wrote a complain to Swedish CEO of TNT.
For Baggage Hub itself, I was quite disappointed in the beginning because, during the first pickup failure, the customer support tried to put the blame on me for not waiting outside during heavy snowfall the whole day (when I didn't even know that TNT wouldn't call).

I’ve never done this before but I feel the need to share the excruciating and terrible experience I had.
Moving is already tough enough to do so would not want anyone else to let Shipping Force/Baggage Hub make it so much worse like they did to me.
My shipment left as scheduled from London on the 24th of September to begin with it arrived several days later than the initial scheduled date provided, once the shipment was out for delivery in The Netherlands it went around the delivery truck TWICE without being delivered because of internal negligence and miscommunication on their end.
My biggest concern was that this 2 day go around would put my belongings in danger but when I expressed my preoccupation I was assured this was not the case and everything would be eventually delivered safely.
When the shipment was finally delivered there was a small carry-on suitcase coincidentally containing plenty of valuable personal effects of mine and expensive electronics (camera, iPad, iPhone) that had been “misplaced” obviously this being the more expensive item of my 13 piece shipment I am not surprised it was STOLEN.
To add to this I was offered a very expensive crate (£100) to ship my TV in and since I passed we had to make sure the television was properly protected which it was (double cardboard wrapped and bubble wrap) and guess what!? My TV arrived shattered to pieces and since I refused to pay the crate money and instead packed the TV myself I wasn’t able to claim anything back, this gives you an idea of the treatment they will provide your most loved personal effects.
To top this nightmare off when I raised all of this issues with “customer care” the amount of time taken so far to deal with my claim has been ridiculous not only I have to deal with the fact that they outright lost/stole very personal effects and valuable items of mine but they have been investigating and waiting for the “claims advisor” to come back with a decision since October the 8th almost a month after they lost my suitcase and still no response, all they’ve been good fore is sending me forms and more detailed forms to fill out when I all need is to put this painful chapter behind me.
At one point In this whole process I was so upset that I just asked for a full refund or at least partial refund for the shipping cost for the suitcase lost/stolen and the broken TV and their reply was a resounding NO.
Please take my advice do not hire their services, use my experience as an example of what to expect and believe me you don’t want any part of what I’ve been through.

Kann man auch null Sterne vergeben? Dieses Umzugsunternehmen ist absolut NICHT weiterzuempfehlen, ich habe mich über etliche Dinge maßlos geärgert.
a) Nach anfänglichem superfreundlichem Kontakt mit Dame Nr. 1 wurde ich nach Vertragsabschluss von dieser völlig ignoriert. Ich hatte noch mehrere Nachfragen per Mail (u.a. zur Liste der verbotenen Packgegenstände, ‚Was wenn weniger Boxen als ursprünglich geplant gepackt und damit versendet werden?‘ ‚Abholung der Boxen vor Haustür oder Wohnungstür?‘), keine davon wurde beantwortet. Zumindest einen Verweis an einen zuständigen Mitarbeiter hätte man m.E. erwarten können.
b) Die erste vereinbarte Abholung der Boxen ging völlig daneben. Aufgrund der überaus ‚konkreten‘ Zeitangabe, dass die Abholung zwischen 8-18 Uhr erfolgt, habe ich mir den Tag komplett Urlaub genommen und die Wohnung nicht verlassen. Abends habe ich frustriert über eine Stunde lang telefonisch versucht jemanden zu erreichen und die Sache zu klären.
c) Berechnet wurden mir zwar nur die tatsächlich versendeten Boxen, allerdings war vom ursprünglich versprochenen 10% Rabatt nix mehr zu sehen. Auf Nachfrage kamen nur vage Äußerungen und keinerlei Erklärung. Um Verzögerungen zu vermeiden, habe ich die Rechnung dann einen Tag später in vollem Umfang bezahlt.
d) Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage bei Mitarbeiter Nr. 2 und 3 wurde mir von beiden unabhängig voneinander bestätigt, dass von meiner Seite her alles notwendige erledigt wäre und der Versand meiner Boxen in die Wege geleitet wird. Nachdem der Versandstatus über eine Woche lang unverändert blieb, habe ich erneut nachgefragt. Da erhalte ich von Mitarbeiter Nr. 4 die Auskunft, dass ein Arbeitsvisumsnachweis von mir fehlt. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum das notwendig ist und wieso ich darüber nicht eher informiert wurde, erfolgte keinerlei Aufklärung oder Entschuldigung.
e) Zusätzlich wurde ich darüber informiert, dass eine meiner Boxen geöffnet und die angegebenen Medikamente entfernt werden müssen. Das war in mehrerer Hinsicht absolut ungeheuerlich. Einerseits deshalb, weil ich meine Inventarliste bereits 8 Tage zuvor bereitgestellt hatte, andererseits weil von der Firma ‚narcotic drugs‘ als ‚Prohibited Items‘ angegeben wurde. Dies beinhaltet NICHT die von mir eingepackten nicht-verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamente wie Aspirin, Grippostad etc. Auf Beschwerde meinerseits erhielt ich lediglich ein ‚My apologies if this was not clearly explained to you.‘ und eine Rechnung über 50Pfund. Ende der Diskussion.
f) Einen Tag nach Bezahlung dieser Rechnung bekomme ich von Mitarbeiter Nr. 3 eine erneute Rechnung über 50Pfund. Augenscheinlich herrscht absolut keine interne Kommunikation und ich musste in mehreren zeit- und nervenraubenden E-Mails klarstellen, dass ich bereits bezahlt habe. Außerdem hat sich dadurch die Versendung meiner Boxen erneut um zwei Tage verzögert.
g) Nachdem meine Boxen dann endlich bei mir ankamen, musste ich feststellen, dass diese trotz der Kennzeichnung mit der von der Firma bereitgestellten Labels ‚Fragile! Handle with care‘ absolut ramponiert waren. Etliche Dinge habe ich zerbrochen auspacken müssen und das, obwohl ich die zerbrechlichen Gegenstände mit mehreren Lagen Luftpolsterfolie, Handtüchern und sogar Daunenkissen gepolstert habe.
Alles in allem bin ich maßlos enttäuscht über eine solche Inkompetenz und kann nur jedem ans Herz legen, diese Firma NICHT für einen Umzug zu beauftragen.

They asked me to keep all of my worldly belongings outside waiting to be picked up by TNT from 9am until 6pm...yeah not happening. The driver then seemed very angry even though I responded quickly and helped him load. Once my goods were picked up, communication with Baggage hub basically dropped off. I have yet been able to get anyone on the phone. Their emails only come in with limited information, they clearly are avoiding my questions that they can't answer. I am having trouble tracking the goods since I cannot download their app in the German or US app store, and the customer service team is not helping. They are ACTIVELY avoiding me, I am fairly certain of this. They could say that response times are slower because of Corona, but that is bullshit. They don't answer the questions they can't answer and they answer simple question immediately. They tell me what I want to hear. My goods are scheduled to arrive at the destination tomorrow, and I am EXTREMELY nervous about how they will arrive. I am expecting damage and/or loss, as the picture I saw already looked like a couple of the boxes were smashed. This was a horrible experience, and it's not even over yet. I fear the worst. I was hesitant to use them in the first place, but was reassured that nothing would go wrong.

Luego, la compañía tenía que venir por mis 11 artículos el día Viernes 4 de Septiembre, no vinieron, y no tuve respuesta de ellos. Esto hizo que yo perdiera mi vuelo a Londres, que no tuviera dónde poner las cajas y dónde vivir en Madrid. Una falta de todo. Irresponsables por decir menos. Es el día de hoy y no me han dado respuesta a esta queja.
Asimismo, vinieron por las cajas el día que les dio la gana. Me llama un despachador y me dice que tengo que bajar las cajas a su furgoneta. Cuando específicamente le dije al agente de Shipping Force/Baggage Hub que yo físicamente NO podía mover las cajas y el agente me aseguró que sería un servicio de mi puerta a la puerta de mi destino. Es el día de hoy y tampoco tengo respuesta sobre eso. Me tocó pagar a una persona para que bajara la mudanza.
Finalmente, ha llegado la mudanza INCOMPLETA. No se si se la han robado, si se les perdió, ni ellos saben, tampoco me dan respuesta. Sólo me llaman a cobrarme el pago de los 10 artículos que si llegaron.
Estoy esperando que este asunto se resuelva de la mejor manera porque si la maleta no llega o un artículo de cualquier maleta o caja no está completo, voy a tomar acciones legales.

My experience with this company was good after all. I can share it about both their packing and shipping service. My sister studies abroad, and she came home when the pandemic started. Her accomodation let her know that she has to leave her room with all her belongings just a few weeks before the deadline. But she wasn’t able to travel back because of the pandemic and because of other health issues. So we needed a company who pack her things and also ship them to our home. Her college recommended Baggage Hub. First I wrote 2 e-mails which haven’t been replied ever since. After I called them and they answered immediately and during this conversation the kind employee booked an appointment for 3 days after for packing her belongings. Finally, they went a day earlier and through face time we could see if they’re in the good room collecting the good things. It felt very comforting. The truth is that after we started the proccess, I read the comments on this page and one other, where most of the experiences were terrible. But we had an extremely short time and couldn’t find such fast company. And on google I found oppinions which were satisfied so I hoped everything would go well. In the end her belongings arrived 2 weeks after packing. The boxes were not the best quality, and they were messy inside because they just threw in the things. I think they could have been more careful expecially with liquid because one of them spilled out and some things got wet. But it was a surprise that they also sent those things we thought they wouldn’t because of their rules, such as the printer which arrived without any harm! The other stuff was also fine so we are satisfied with the company. I think it really depends on which region or country you want to use this company. I think the communication was good by phone, they always answered all of my quiestions.

I paid my invoice in early February for 10 large boxes / suitcases and despite an 8-week shipping timeframe, I only received my goods in late July. That's six months.
They refused to return my goods and kept them in their warehouse despite numerous requests to return them - and so I had no choice but to re-purchase many of my items and suffer unreasonable time delays and additional costs.
CEO [name removed by Sirelo] is rude and ruthless with zero customer service - he threatens his customers and has zero empathy for how much inconvenience and additional cost and time delays they put you through.
[name removed by Sirelo] also unlawfully threatened to have my items seized at customs - he is an unscrupulous man who only cares about enriching himself at his customers expense.
You cannot trust Baggage Hub / [name removed by Sirelo]. It's worth paying any competitor more money just to have peace of mind.
This is not libel because it is the truth and I have six months of emails to prove it.

A shipping company was committed, which actually wasn't operating in Canada anymore. I received shipping labels and everything, but on pick-up day nobody showed up. When I contacted the suppliers customer support, they told me that they were not operating anymore and that they would need to forward the request to another company. So the pick up was ordered for the next day (which was the last day before we left the country), but again nobody showed up so we had to take our boxes to a drop off location ourselves (5 boxes 150 kg in total).
The worst part was, that from Shipping Force and Baggage Hub (they seem to operate together), no one helped me out. I talked to people on the phone and send out mails to several people hoping they would sort out the chaos with their supplier. On the phone I was told that they would call back as soon as they had news, but no one ever called back and then the line was busy so I couldn't get through. I didn't receive ANY answer on my mails so I had to sort everything out by myself, which was also a problem, as the supplier was hesitant to organize things with me as I didn't commissioned the pick up, but Baggage Hub did.
I wouldn't rely on them, as soon as something doesn't go exactly as planned, you are on your own.
Very poor customer service.

This company provides an extremely poor, inefficient, overpriced service full of hidden charges. Although I had used their services once before and had been reasonably happy with them, after this second experience I would never use them again, and would strongly recommend anyone against using them.
1) Right from the start, they arbitrarily charged me an additional fee of £300 for a ‘designated driver’ simply to collect my boxes from my London storage depot. I had not ordered or asked for this designated driver, or been given any indication that I could be charged for it. Nor had I had such a charge imposed on me when I had employed Shipping Force to move a similar number of boxes for me a few months previously. When I complained, I was told they would respond to my complaint shortly, but I have been waiting weeks without a reply, despite numerous reminders.
2) They employed a subcontractor based in the Czech Republic who did not understand the proper procedure at the international border across which I was attempting to transfer my goods. As a result of miscommunication between them, the customs officials and the subcontractor’s own local expediting partner, my boxes were stuck on the border for four days. They waited two days before contacting me to report the problem. Although I responded promptly and provided additional paperwork immediately that resolved all the difficulties, they are now trying to bill me for the days their subcontractor’s lorry was stuck on the border as a result of their own errors.
3) I was notified neither of the dispatch of my goods from the UK depot nor the expected arrival date. Yet when the boxes arrived, unexpectedly and out of the blue, I was suddenly expected to be on hand for two days to provide additional paperwork, with repeated, desperate phone-calls from the clueless subcontractor complaining that his driver had no shower and nowhere to stay – as if this were the client’s responsibility. I was then actually expected personally to escort the lorry from the customs depot to my recipient address, since the subcontractor had no clue where they were going. This meant suddenly being told at around 3pm that I had to drop everything I was doing and hasten to the customs depot to pay another huge and unexpected charge, otherwise they would levy additional punitive charges on me. I had to interrupt my day out with my 7-year old boy, who was then forced to accompany me and the delivery lorry across the city, and the driver’s sat-nav did not work and he drove in completely the wrong direction. Meanwhile, Shipping Force’s representative made about eight calls to my UK number and, when my wife eventually answered, made very aggressive threats to her of additional charges if I did not pay the customs charge immediately, despite the fact that I had been given no notice whatsoever that I would be required to do so at that time. Payment of around 500 euros in cash only, natch.
4) Finally, they failed to deliver the correct number of boxes in the first place, so we had to wait for them twice. No apology there either.
All in all, this is a nasty, aggressive and incompetent company which you should employ only at your own peril.

Given that it was my first time using an international shipping service, I had a lot of concerns and was aware of the many things that could go wrong (my things arriving damaged, missing, extra charges, late delivery poor communication). Everything bad that could've happened, did. From the moment I agreed to go with them things began going wrong. First, the pick up date was moved back due to their miscommunications about forms they needed before a specific time. They used different companies to pick up via their door to door service which was convoluted and not explained well. There was a guaranteed 7-10 day delivery. It has now been 16 days and I still have not received my belongings. They have charged me more over the process and I have had to badger them via email and phone calls just to get unhelpful 1 line responses about how they dont know when my things will be shipped, how I will need to pay more money, and how they aren't sure but will get back to me by the end of the day (which they don't). I have never had worse customer service let alone experienced such inability to do ones job, ever, in any industry or business. They are hugely disorganized. Every email response has been from a different customer service representative and they have all been unapologetic and useless. DO NOT USE BAGGAGE HUB OR GLOBAL BAGGAGE SERVICES. They are a waste of time and money and have no respect for your things. I regret 100% going with them and wish my experience on no one.

Incorrect delivery location - I had requested for delivery from
London to Delhi, but the cargo was delivered to Kolkata.
Lot of hidden charges - I had to pay a big additional amount as delivery order (DO) charges, which is totally not justifiable. This DO charge is independent of any customs charges or any agent fees at the Port of delivery. Baggage Hub couldn't justify the charge.

Sales rep was extremely nice and helpful. Only 4 stars because after my boxes were picked up (duly packed, labelled and marked 'fragile' as prescribed) I got a call from a handling dept representative telling me he advised choosing the shrinkwrap option to ensure protection (at a cost of £15 per item shipped).
I decided not to go for the option because I could not possibly understand how the shrinkwrap would add structural robustness to the boxes I packed.
Because of my choice, I had to fill in an extra disclaimer form in which I explicitly said I gave up on shrinkwrap and the extra protection, thus being aware of risks.
It was annoying for me as I am pretty sure that the procedure should be the other way around, with the customer explicitly requesting the shrinkwrapping service; something similar to when booking a flight ticket: you don't have to decline one by one all the services you don't want but you need to add them if you and only you want them.
All in all I would recommend the service because the sales rep was effective and supportive, everything arrived in decent shape and time but I personally didn't like at all how the extra services were pushed on me.

I highly regret not reading the reviews before I went with this company. They have zero customer service etiquette and other than answering their phone and will squeeze you for every extra penny they can get. They do not take accountability for their sub-contractors (a.k.a. drivers), so don't hope to rely on any information they driver gives you. My eventual complaint hit a concrete wall of excuses and allegations that I was late providing info while I responded to each request within 24 hours, typically within a few hours. If I could rate this experience with negative points I would. Absolutely everything went wrong from beginning to end, from giving me the wrong information about when moving boxes would arrive to pick up, to delivering my luggage in bad conditions. I asked for 5 boxes of 30 kg and a week later I received 1 box of 5kg, a week later 3 boxes, as I couldn’t wait any longer I had to buy suitcases and leave 25 kg behind. I lost 4 days of just sitting at home waiting for deliveries of boxes and pick ups. The worst part is them not taking responsibility and blaming TNT (third parties) which I couldn’t care less about as my direct deal was with them. It amazes how you specialize in one thing and get absolutely everything wrong. I work for an international company that moves thousands of people around the world every year. I will make sure none of us ever use your company. I am still waiting for someone to call me, but ironically I got phone calls everyday before the initial deposit was made, and after that only by email. Talk about not facing up to your mistakes. You should feel ashamed.

- I have not been able to send the TV because I was not provided with the requested box.
- The remaining boxes arrived a day too late, and my queries to customer service on that matter were never responded to. This complicated packing for me substantially.
- I had been told that the boxes would be shipped from Germany directly to Spain, not via the UK. This prolonged the delivery time, which amounted to 12 days!
- Additional time was lost when the boxes were sitting in the warehouse for three days, presumably because one box was still missing, while I had given notice more than once that no more boxes were to be expected (because of the missing TV).
- I have experienced customer services as super unreliable, for instance, on one occasion, I was told that someone would get back to me within the next two hours, and I never heard anything. On another occasion, I was promised to be sent the final bill by the end of the day, which also never happened. Needless to say that I had to call again and again.
- I have also been charged for something that I did not order (additional crating of a thorough wooden (!) box). I was promised a refund which still needs to come through.
- Also, the tracking system is rather useless, as I got a completely non-sensical message at a point when the boxes had been delivered (but nobody told me).
- The 'Client Service Co-ordinator Team Leader' who was responsible for dealing with my complaints apologised not once and continued giving me wrong information.

Ils devaient me rembourser 160£ dont ils ont reconnu une partie de leur erreur.. Ça fait 1 mois et je n'ai toujours pas eu mon remboursement sur mon compte comme il était prévu. La moitié des mes affaires ont été cassés et abîmés. C'est une honte de devoir payer pour des affaires que j'ai du jeter car inutilisable! Finalement avec ce que j'ai payé et ce que j'ai pu gardé .. j'aurais pu utiliser ce moment là pour racheter au lieu de les transporter.

Cuando pude cambiarla en su página web unos días antes de la recogida, no hicieron caso y recogieron un pallet bien envuelto. No respetaron la fecha de llegada pues dijeron que recibiría mis cosas entre 7 y 10 días, y desde la recogida el dia 7 de enero, he recibido mis cajas el 24 de enero cuando me dijeron el 28. Todas muy estropeadas, algunas abiertas y bastantes cosas rotas o desaparecidas. Tardé más de una semana en saber si me habían cargado el dinero a mi tarjeta después de llamar muchas veces y no me devolvieron nada a sabiendas que mi envío era menor a lo que calculé. Ha sido una odisea!

They honestly do not care. I am so sick of dealing with them, you have to follow up on everything, they failed the most simple tasks. I had to deal with TNT and FEDeX myself because i could not rely on them to handle that. It took me two weeks and emailing them to get my £110 refund for my shrink wrapping service. They had no interest in helping me, they told me they would and i had to follow once again because they don't want to deal with refunds or complaints. I don’t even know where to start.
I just moved to Australia and I needed a few boxes shipped from Canada. My fiancé and I chose Baggage Hub because they had competitive pricing.
We filled out our customer portal with all of the information required, just like they asked. We arranged to have the boxes picked up and all seemed good.
Since I’m now in Australia, I asked my mom to stay home all day the day of pick up. My poor mom waited all day... nobody ever showed up! Nobody called me or emailed me to let me know that they weren’t able to do the pick up for that day. Since they were supposed to get the boxes on a Friday and that they are closed on weekends, I had to wait until the Monday to get an answer.
After a few unanswered phone calls, I got a hold of a customer representative. I asked her why my boxes weren’t picked up and she had NO EXPLANATION. She kept her speech vague and said that Baggage Hub is always working towards “better service.”
Here’s the copy pasted message I kept hearing over the phone and in email “We’re sorry to hear about your frustration about our service, but rest assured that we’re continuously working on improving our service.”
Quite obviously, after no explanation as to why my boxes weren’t picked up and terrible customer service, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund for my deposit.
When I spoke to a representative, I was told that a refund would be issued. She then proceeded to ask me for my banking details because they needed to do an international transfer. I asked for them to refund me the money on the credit card I had used to make the deposit but she told me that since my case was closed, they no longer had access to my file. Seemed fair enough. I gave her the details and she told me it would take up to 4 working days to get my refund.
4 working days later... I messaged the same customer rep and asked for an explanation. Obviously, she had no answer. She went and checked with the accounting team.
I got no answers so I called a few times to speak to someone over the phone. NO ANSWER!
Finally, after a lot of back and forth, I received my refund.
The manager even had the audacity to tell me in an email that someone tried to contact me to let me know that the boxes weren’t getting picked up on the day I requested. That never happened.

We chose this company for shipping our luggage from Paris, France to Michigan, USA. The customer care was good with quick responses over email and phone. We received our package in good condition. There was a flexibility of choosing the shipping date based on our choice of delivery date window. The only downside we felt was a lot of paperwork, but I guess that’s to be expected for an international shipment. Also, the price could be a bit lower.

The only way I could get any help was to ring Sales because they always answer the phone, and ask them to get me help. Worst company, worst experience. Never use them.

At the beginning the company looked very good. The communication with our contact person was good, they seemed flexible and helpful.
However after the communication started to be lacking...
But the biggest disappointment was the organisation.
On the phone I was told it takes 7-10 days to deliver our stuff but finally the delivery was possible two days after collection. Even when I explained few times the exact date of our arrival to the destination and told them we are available only after certain date to collect our things.When we refused to collect our things because we were not present in the destination they wanted to charge us a fee.
Then the delivery date was scheduled by our contact person without our agreement day after our arrival even when I double checked it on the phone before and I was told “just call me one day before you want your things to be delivered”.
When we asked for delay of one day we weren’t warned about the consequences of that - that the storage where they put our things will be closed next day (Friday)and after that the next possible delivery will be on Tuesday. In our case it was big complication and the company wanted to charge us 250 euros for the delay when the fault was obviously on their side.
When our things finally arrived on Tuesday the driver did not really help us to move the things and one of the chairs was broken and one carton box had a hole in it.
But after I appreciate that you can pay the move before the collection day like that there are no bad surprises after you receive your things like rise of the price.
On the other hand if I don’t argue with them they would make us pay for the both delays caused by their poor organization.

I called her back after 30 mins and she told me that she will call me. That never happened. The list of things what I have to do before they would even send someone for my stuff is a joke. Why would I have to make a photo of my passport for this **** service? Yeah I just give you personal information so you can do whatever you want with it. Sounds legit.
Only positive thing was one guy from support who actually did his best to help.
The only thing they can do fast is demand payment. I got a sameday invoice for more than the initial quote, and they already mention storage fees. I paid the invoice and they said it takes them 3 days to process the payment.

Having been slightly skeptical after reading the various reviews about this company, on various sites, I proceeded to get an estimate for shipping my goods to Malta from the UK. I spoke to [name removed by Sirelo] in the sales department and felt reassured about the various delivery options and prices available. My partner and I decided to go ahead and proceed with Shipping Force, using their door to door economy service.
Tha boxes where delivered a few days later and once we had packed them, they where collected. As we did not, at that time, have an address in Malta for them to be delivered, [name removed by Sirelo] arranged that they would be safely stored until we did. All was still good and a week or so later we advised [name removed by Sirelo] of our address. The items were sent a couple of days later and I was given the ability to track the shipment via an app. The app was good, (I also used the Shipping Force website to compare tracking) as well as the couriers site to. The app and website where slightly slower to update than the couriers, but there was not to much of a delay.
Our boxes, with the exemption of two that had been held up, arrived in good condition 6 days later. Having informed Shipping Force of the shortage of 2 boxes? I was told that there had been a delay and they would be delivered by the Monday. One arrived on Monday and the other on Tuesday. We only had 3 broken items and, as we had packed the boxes ourselves, we are more than pleased with the service we received and the experience of using Shipping Force.
Well done to all involved, especially [name removed by Sirelo], who helped made the whole experience smooth and hassle free.

At the beginning an easy and smoutly conversation with the company Baggage Hub, and the things went well until they came to pick up my boxes at home, I payed for the freight air door to door service. As they requested, I uploaded all the documents that they requested to me on the “to do list” on September/ 6/2019, they came to collect my boxes on September/12/2019. I gave to them also the POA, my passport, the complete inventory, and all the other documents that they requested. I called them for be sure that they received everything, and that everything was correct, and they answered that everything was oerfect. But, Today is October 8/2019 and I still waiting for my boxes, there is an issue because the agency where my boxes are sent charges me for storage $649.52 because they said that I didn’t gave to them the POA in time, but really was BAGGAGEHUB that was supposed have to gave all the documents to them, and they didn’t. So now or I pay, or I will not have my boxes back. I tried to call and sent Email to Baggage Hub, but they don’t want to take any kind of responsibility... I don’t know now what to do, because I know that I am right, and I really think that is a fraud. Maybe is only Baggage Hub the responsibility or maybe also the Agency AMI, maybe they are criminal allies, to steal illegitimately, money from the poor unfortunates...

I had problems since the day I booked and paid for the service:
1. the packing boxes never arrived. I had to buy them myself and pay for them and had no kind of compensation for it.
2. On the pick up day no one knew who or when they were coming. I had to be on the phone for over an hour to finally be able to talk to the guys from the pick up truck who were informed about the pick up the same day hours before... terrible!
3. My shipping was US to Spain... the boxes too 26 days to get to spain and then +10 days for some local carrier to get in touch with me to let me know the shipping info was incorrect and that after those days in storage I had to pay extra for it. In the meantime shippingforce/ baggage hub had no idea where my things where... I called and emailed daily! no one is offering me any compensation for anything, just excuses. It was a very stressful and very expensive experience!

I booked the shipping service with Shipping Force which is the same company as Baggage Hub. Upon booking, they guaranteed me my shipment will be at destination within 7 to 14 days with the express service. Collection was fine. And I think it is the only thing that went well from there side. I spoke to 6 different people, no one had the same information, should it be about the shipping lead time, the correct deal to choose to get things faster, the update about my boxes, the necessity to provide a visa, they don't talk you through the process. And of course, I made payment on the spot and provides papers when requested.
I dealt with Shipping force first, and when these incompetent send you emails or notifications, it is from Baggage Hub, which went directly to spams and afterwards, got me really confused.
I was chasing them daily and even the managers were not able to provide information. So now, 16 days after collection, my shipment seems to still be in the UK, they don't bother to answer my emails anymore.
So basically, I moved abroad and I am still waiting for my belongings. In the meantime, I had to purchase items I need in order to cope if I ever receive my boxes.
Avoid these 2 companies at all cost if you don't want to get your belongings lost, or get mislead by their lies and incompetent customer care service.

We had a collection date scheduled on a Friday to ship our items from the USA to the UK and were instructed to be home all day as they were unable to provide us with an exact time of arrival. There was no communication about this cancelation and no information about rescheduling. Not something anyone should have to deal with during an international move.

I actually don't to give any star for their service. They failed to delivery packing materials. First time I phoned them they said the courier could not find my address, I gave them the address again. Then they told me to wait one more day. Again nobody showed up. This time they said the courier came to my address and they phoned me but nobody answered the phone. I told them nobody phoned me and I didn't get any messages. They said the courier might have wrong phone number and told me to wait one more day. I waited half day, nobody came. I phoned them again to cancel the booking. They said if I canceled now, I wouldn't get deposit back, so I have to until 17:00. If no delivery after 17:00, then I could cancel and get deposit back. At the end, no one came, I canceled the booking without getting the deposit back. They said, the packing materials have sent for UK to Sweden already and the courier did try to delivery materials, and they had to pay for that. So, the deposit (£50) was for the cost of sending the empty box, and I won't be able to get it back.

The company doesn't actually guarantee a precise delivery date although that wasn't the message I got out of my call with their employee who was very much interested in having me confirming and making a down payment. The local company they used for the delivery didn't provide any information on the delivery date or time window and refused to call me before the delivery which resulted in a first failed attempt. I had then to take a day off work to make sure I'll be home for the next attempt. The boxes were delivered in very poor conditions, mostly because they loaded some of them sideways and and put the refrigerator on top of everything else. They of course said the local partner was responsible, nevertheless my belongings were damaged and they didn't do much to provide a satisfactory solution (I asked for a refund given the service has been provided with negligence). Definitely wouldn't recommend as you can just have the same service from UPS or TNT for half the price as Baggage Hub is not providing any additional value to that.

The website is very opaque giving the customer the impression they have the option to choose more than they do. Once they had taken the shipment in the UK they 'measured' it only of course to find it bigger and add on an extra £50. Look at the terms and conditions they literally hold the goods to ransom.
The delivery date chosen was not the date delivered. When I complained they delivered the next day, without asking or contacting prior. All in all they charged over £100 more than an offer that unfortunately came after I had paid the deposit. Look at the terms and conditions though, had I missed my 'free' delivery I would have been charged further more.

For those trying to go cheap with moving...don't do it !
I personally chosen this service cause it was cheap but there are dark secrets about this company.
First of all, baggage hub doesn't actually deliver or pickup your boxes. They do it by a third-party company called TNT.
If you go with Baggage Hub you're most likely to be extremely met with broken boxes, broken equipment, just almost everything broken.
I saw the reviews beforehand so I packed it with extra tape and made it specifically very VERY secure. This too was my mistake.
And you'd think: But they cover the costs right?
Not entirely. They cover the costs to a certain amount and that's described in their terms & service. So you would never get the full amount back of your broken items. If you do want that you have to get a separate protection package which is gonna cost you a reasonable more amount.
And that's not all!
They ignore your emails and requests completely.
I know I would not get paid back in full amount and I know what I signed up for. If it's something valuable. You are defenitely gonna cry.

The initial price and contact with Baggage Hub was good but as the service went on things started to go down hill.
The price crept up and I found them very disorganised. Depending on who I spoke to I got different information.
Our valuable pictures were badly damaged when they arrived along with several other items. Our friends had a similar experience - their pictures were packed by baggage hub. It’s clear that somewhere through the process no care was taken.
If you take insurance with baggage hub, read the T&Cs carefully. The basic cover which we paid £290 for was worthless. It only covered total loss, theft or non-delivery. So basically if a few boxes go missing you’re not covered.
Baggage hub took a picture of our stuff in their warehouse because they disputed the number of items we were shipping. The picture showed that there were 2 items which weren’t ours…
Overall, I was disappointed with baggage hub and won’t be using or recommending them again.
Please note: Baggage hub paid £40 per picture towards the repair. This seems to be the going rate as our friends got the same. The invoice to repair the pictures was a lot more which I did share with them before they arrived at £40 per picture.

EG The 'scheduled' delivery of the empty boxes was a 'window' of 10 hours between 8am-6pm; ditto re pick up. Replies to emails/call back = patchy. The boxes, which I found flimsy, arrived without packing tape so had to buy my own. The list of items they will not transport was HUGE and massively inconvenient. Geneva to Ldn: 9 boxes took 2 weeks and I had to chase to ask re delivery. The icing on the cake: my 2 'FRAGILE' boxes arrived w numerous items smashed beyond repair as they had clearly been dropped.

Really bad and unprofessional service. After payment, nobody is ready tot rack the shipment or even answer your calls to take the responsibility fo shipment delivery. I had 17 boxes. They work like a government company. I have been still struggling to get my delivery done and its been 2 weeks and i paid the money . They dont care for your shipment. They asked me to pay for wrapp service and these stupids, just to save the money, they wrapped all 17 big boxes together and not the individual boxes and created a big shipment box. The package is now so huge that it cant be taken inside the apartment to my floor.

Transport from London UK to Dublin, CA, USA. As many people report here, the goods arrived almost totally destroyed: broken plates, glasses small items missing ,destroyed TV set. Had been packed in heavy duty plastic boxes, which were completely perforated. When I protested, they said that they will file a claim to the courier. Odd right, since they are supposed to be the courier. They basically sub-contracted to TNT. Of course, I was not surprised when the courier gave a verdict of 'insufficient packaging' and of course refused to offer compensation. Also buggagehub never showed my review in their website. All in all, I would suggest to avoid at all costs.

first I would like to apologize to you for the delay on my review but I was really hoping that my delivery would get sorted.
There are no words that can describe the stress, anger and pain that this company has caused.
I have contacted them in October 2018 for the shipment of 5 boxes and 2 bike bags from London to New York, time estimated 10 days.
There was a delay and I couldn’t understand was the tracking was showing the the stuff was in New York but still was not reaching home.
Getting in touch with few staff members I finally discovered that the shipment once arrived in New York was sent back to London then moved to Belgium then shipped to New York again.
4 boxes arrived 1 month later and they were al broken and wet.
2 bikes arrived as well but the bag of one of it was damaged too.
1 box was still missing and was the most valuable one as it had all of my dresses and especially my wedding dress.
After pushing the staff for search and telling them that the wedding would take place in 2 weeks time, somehow the wedding dress was found and shipped home.
The rest of the stuff was declared “lost”, how could that be if was everything in the same box of the found wedding dress?
It is very sad for me because those clothes ‘ value is approximately £3000 but sentimentally are even more.
Some of the dresses were made by the auntie of my father that passed away and this precious dresses have been passed form my mother to me.
Of course my all family is quite sad and upset about the service.
Even if requested many times we have never been able to get in touch with a manager and we have been offered £45 which is outrageous!
We came to an agreement of £550 but we never received a penny yet.
To be honest I do not care about the money, I want my precious box back and I am sharing my story and pictures as I do not wish anyone else to have such a painful experience.
This company is not professional at all, they do not take care about your stuff and is still a mystery on how my most expensive (coincidentally) items 'disappeared'. Many apologies and no fact, not even a manager to get in touch with, the service and customer care is a bluff. Do not ever trust them, do not ever give them your precious items!

Never use them! They use third parties and will always shift away their responsibility for anything. My shipment was supposed to arrive after ten days but it took more than a month for me to have my stuff. The shipment arrived actually right on time at customs but because Baggehub has such bad communication, we were never informed that our stuff was awaiting clearance at customs. After one month of harassing them (and very expensive phone bills) we finally got lucky to find out that our stuff was hold up at customs. We had to pay a storage fee for USD 400 because our stuff was laying there for a month. Baggagehub tried to shift its responsibility by telling us that they are not responsible, That only the third subcontractors are and that they will not refund us the huge amount of storage fee that we were not supposed to pay in the first place.
They are very slow to answer and will try everything to shift their involvement and responsibility. If you are moving out, do not use them!

They said I needed to fill out more forms (it was the first time I heard about these new forms - not part of the documents on their website). Im sure the boxes would have sat there for ages if I didnt call to check. I filled out the forms asap. In the end, tt took 1 month for the boxes to arrive at the destination after we shipped to their warehouse. We were advised it would take 7-10 days one it arrived at their warehouse. I asked for £75 compensation and they just ignored my request ...however, they reponded to other inquiries.

After all this negative reviews I was very sceptical about the company and worried about the health of my stuff.
But I experienced evrything going perfectly fine.
I sent 20 boxes, a large basket box and a bundle containing a lamp stand and a picture in a roll. No damage, no delay, great communication and the price was less than the pre calculated one.
Especially the company picking up the stuff in Edinburgh was amazing. When they brought the boxes they offered me to wrap the basket box and the wrapping was super secure! As well they wrapped the lamp/ picture bundle.
In Germany the stuff was delivered in a super condition and the deliverer was very helpfull with helping me carrieing the boxes in the 2nd floor even that wasn´t booked from my site and without extra costs.
For the other reviews I might comment that this was my 8th move yet and I really know how to pack stuff that it doesn´t break. If somebody is insecure about how to do this properly, I highly recomment the packing service from baggage hub.
This is containing an insurance as well. (At this point I also recomment to read the terms and conditions thoroughly to avoid misunderstandings;o))

My final invoice rose from 460 to over 700, my shipment was subcontracted to TNT and spent a week in a depot in Dublin without my knowing and it was only through my contact with TNT that my goods were redeployed. There was no communication between myself and BH that was not initiated by myself and some of my emails were not responded to. The company made additional charges to my cargo that were not discussed beforehand. I would have been able to move all of my belongings including furniture that I have left in the UK for less than my final invoice if I had chosen a smaller more personable service provider.

I was very satisfied with the service until the time the shipment arrived in the delivery country (Italy). First of all I found out that they ha used a third party (TNT), which made communication very slow and long winded. When my shipment seemed to be stuck somewhere for no reason and one of the boxes seemed missing, I ended up having to contact TNT directly myself in order to have quick news about the situation (they were great, btw).
Several boxes arrived damaged (with big holes and cuts all over and one had also clearly been opened), but, luckily, the damage to what was inside was somewhat minimal. Our TV was damaged (screen smashed) and I communicated this (supplying photographic proof) only a couple of hours after the delivery (as soon as we were able to inspect all the boxes).
We requested compensation for the damage, but we were given several excuses why they would not:
1. TNT does not cover damage to screens (although we never ourselves entered in an agreement with TNT and weren't even aware Baggage Hub was going to use them as a carrier).
2. Our cover (which we had purchased separately) was only valid if the WHOLE shipment got damaged by weather/water/fire, despite Baggage Hub listing as the very first of their responsibilities to their clients to deliver the goods UNDAMAGED.
3. Lastly, they had the guts to suggest I should have purchased a wooden crate from them when, previously, they had told me they do not provide packaging for TVs whatsoever and I should get my own (I had called to ask about this specifically).
In the end, they offered me £45 as a 'goodwill gesture' (their words, not mine) after a very long exchange of emails.
The service itself is not so bad, but you might as well book it directly with TNT (or similar) yourself and probably save money. And be aware that, if your shipment arrives with any damage, you're very unlikely to get a refund...unless you purchased their very expensive insurance and it ALL gets destroyed.

Signing up and delivery of boxes ok. Filling the documents in the web page ok, but was not fully working on most of my devices. Had to find a windows laptop to finish it. Pickup company TERRIBLE. Driver spoke almost no German - we were in Germany. Boxes literally flew into the car, no paperwork finished !! shipping Force / buggage hub ignored all my messages (3) and it was impossible to reac them by phone. Anyway, goods came to their warehouse and I got an invoice - of course payable on the day I got it. Otherwise extra charges. Wt*? Luckily, I arrived that day and went to a library where I could get on wifi and pay. Of course, transaction charges charged on top of the agreed price. Also, no proper updates in their “tracking app” no expected delivery date etc. You have to look every day.. no email notification. When I called I was scolded by an agent “you have everything in your tracking portal” hmmm. No? Not on the website. Not on my browser. Anyway, handling charges at the airport were 200 eur and not 100 as they said. And the frame of one of our paintings was broken in half. Soooo. Good experience? NO!! but still 1/2 price of any competitor. The only alternative would be sending by Regular post, which would be much more paperwork (each box separately), slightly more money (30%) but with included insurance and better service. Not sure what I would do next. Probably send heavy books with these guys and anything i value with German post.
Addendum: to add insult to injury, they asked me to write a review (above ). the system they use gave me a link to share my review with my friends. BUT AND THAT IS A BIG BUT - the link redirects to baggage hubs website, where they show only 4-5 star reviews. That is what I call shameless cheating :-/

I am just a student and I really need my things, in the first contacts they say oh “5 to 10 days” your things will be delivered. 7 days and I don’t even have a invoice! Denmark is just there, is not like I am moving to Australia or China. I know the people that do costumer service probably have nothing to do with that and they were always polite but I am very disappointed, by now I was hoping my things to de in Denmark already. I have no idea about the price or anything because they are not giving me the invoice. I shall do another review when I receive my things.

If there was a no star, I would have chosen that. [name removed by Sirelo] was the person who gave me a quote saying that my baggage will be shipped from UK to USA and will be stored before delivering it to me as I didn't have an address. But after I paid the money and the baggage was collected, I was told that the item cannot be shipped without as delivery address and will stay in the UK. Due to this my baggage took a long time to be delivered to my address.
1 of my boxes was opened and the contents were changed into a bigger box. Because it was not compact, the items in the box were damaged and lots of things broken. I contacted baggage hub and they did nothing about it(except for closing the case).
I would never use them in the future even if they do it for free.

Terrible, substandard service combined with bare-faced lying.
I used Baggagehub, through a subsidiary known as Shipping Force, to move goods to Singapore. The only items I had of any real value were 2 bicycles, both quite expensive. I was assured repeatedly that these bikes would be transported in 'crates' for their protection.
The whole process was chaotic from the start. My point of contact initially rang me several times thinking I was someone else. The Shipping Force online portal, which looked very fancy, didn't allow me to submit an inventory. I was told to submit an inventory via email, which was never acknowledged.
I requested assurances that my bikes would be protected during the transit, and was assured that they would be transported in 'crates'. There was a great deal of confusion over how this would be managed - sometimes I was told packers would come to my house to pack the bikes there, other times I was told they would be taken to a depot & packed, with photos being sent to me.
The pick up was a further cause of confusion - I was contacted several times by different drivers (BH drivers & TNT / DPD), all of whom wanted to schedule pick ups at times other than that I agreed to.
Eventually, on the day of the pick up, a driver from DPD & a driver from BH turned up. I called First Shipping, where the agent dealing with me said he'd deliberately double-booked to ensure someone turned up. This seemed a particularly unprofessional way of operating. The DPD driver left & we loaded the boxes into the BH van. By this stage, it had been agreed that the bikes would be loaded into protective crates at the depot. I asked the driver about this & he said no such service existed. I called First Shipping again, where I was told to ignore the driver & that he was an idiot. The driver actually seemed like the most decent of the lot of them. Again I was assured photos would be sent of these crates. No photos ever materialised.
I had packed both bikes in cardboard boxes, following bike packing instructions from a YouTube video (pipe lagging, bubble wrap, curtains & extra cardboard to wedge them in place), but the whole lot still looked rather flimsy. Unfortunately I was flying the following day, so against my better judgement I accepted BH's assurances & sent my possessions with the BH driver.
I was also assured that the extra cost of shipping bikes included cover for damages, so there was no need to purchase enhanced insurance cover.
My stuff was delivered in Singapore by TNT. After arranging a delivery time (which required me to take time off work), they then turned up at a completely different time, unannounced, and called me to ask where I was. A couple of attempts later, they finally managed to turn up at the agreed time.
The bike boxes turned up grubby & had clearly not been packed in any sort of crate. Both boxes had holes in them, some poorly patched & some left open, 1 even had the word 'DAMAGED' scrawled across it in ink.
I quizzed the TNT driver about this & got 'haha, not me boss' as a response. He then got to me sign for goods received.
Both bikes were damaged - 1 had a bent drop out (part of the frame); the other a buckled wheel. The wheel had been hit hard enough that the disc rotor lugs on the hub were bent. For those who do not know, both are heavy duty bits of metal that would require a hammer to bend were you to do it on purpose. The impact required is considerable.
I contacted BH in the 1st week of May to pursue this. It is now the 19th of June & I am still waiting on a resolution. BH claim that TNT are responsible. The say TNT claim I signed for 'goods received undamaged', despite the fact someone even wrote 'DAMAGED' on 1 box. They are also disputing the insurance cover.
I contact them repeatedly, and am assured I will be contacted 'later today' etc - then nothing.
Baggagehub are a despicable outfit who seem to prosper through substandard service. I can't imagine what the benefit of damaging possessions is, if you're going to go to the trouble of delivering them in the first place. Inevitably, various subcontractors are used so the all important confusion & 'nobody's fault' can be maintained.
The whole experience was & continues to be massively frustrating, made all the more so by the fact that the signs were there before I sent my stuff away, but it was too late to rearrange with another company by then.

My name is Ardavan Assadi, I used #BaggageHub to freight my personal belongings from the UK to Paris on 6th June 2018, the goods arrived on 15th June after a long dispute over changing the price, I freighted five boxes inclusive of my TV. Upon arrival, the boxes looked roughed up and damaged from outside. Once I took the boxed inside and opened them, first my Microwave, despite being packed in its original box and with bubble wrap and protective cover, they managed to completely shatter the front screen, which has made the unit unusable. Second package my TV, after removing all the packing and bubble wraps and protective covers, while opening it I realized they have managed to somehow break the TV from the bottom right-hand corner, which is only possible if it had received a great force to it. There were few other things broken which were minor but showed a pattern of goods being handled carelessly and without care and so unprofessionally.
Fair enough accidents happen, but once I did claim through BaggageHub for the compensation on the value of the goods which was provided at the beginning to them, their negative response to my claim made me realized I have used the wrong company for this service, leaving me disappointed, out of pocket by 1085 GBP (555 GBP freight + 530 GBP damage) and frustrated.
Hence, I wanted to share this with all of you out there who are looking for such a service.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BaggageHub, not even if they give you a cheaper price, because they will change it later claiming is due to a couple of kilogram of weight and centimeter, and once they deliver, it will be for sure not to your satisfaction.

I had 10 boxes and 8 large paintings to ship to Saudi Arabia.
I contacted 3 different companies. The prices ranged from 500 to 1250.
'Baggage Hub' gave me a quotations for 985 door to door service. I was happy with the price and service since they said they will come to my place and put all the painting on 1 crane that they will bring to my place.
1. I was never sent the reference number and the paper or flier that has their logo and should have had my name and address and the name and address of the house where it shipped to.
2. when the driver came to pick the 18 items, I was surprised he has nothing to put on the boxes and has no crane for the paintings. He said No the crane is in the storage and you should have printed out what we sent you with the reference number, which I never received. I called the company and they realised they have never sent me this.
3. I had no printer to print and the driver was in a rush he couldn't wait until I print, which isn't his mistake but is '[name removed by Sirelo]'s' mistake who never sent me the email with all the details.
4. I wrote on the boxes with a marker the reference number that I received after calling the company that day.
5. They took all 18 items on Tuesday 8th May, I never heard back from them.
6. I sent 3 emails and never heard back.
7. I called Friday the 11th. they said will send you the invoice to pay now. they sent me an invoice for 1829 instead of the 985 that we agreed on.
8. I decided to take my items back since the price was double what we agreed on.
9. They said they will charge me to send me back my items.
10. I told them I will send a driver to the storage house in London to pick up all items.
11. They said there will still be a fee to take my things back.
12 They charged me 422 pounds just so I can pick up my items.
20. I was told on the phone they only have 13, not 18 items.
In short, I was charged 422 pounds without any shipment just so I can pick up my luggage because they gave me double the price on what was agreed on. and don't know where the missing 5 Items are.
WHY AM I BEING CHARGED 422 pound ?!
How much would they have charged me to send me back my items to Brighton 1982 ???

I think the service provided is unacceptable:
1. My order was done on the 6th collected on the 10th and I still I Haven't received my shipment yet. I have been wearing the same close for 3 weeks

3. I have been extra charged because of a document missing (Passports). Since the website did not allow me to upload my passport, the person in charge ask me to email him a copy of the passport which was immediately done to [name removed by Sirelo].
4. I had an extra charge because I paid with my Card and apparently due to that fact that it is an American company I have more charge to pay!
I am now in the process of moving to another place in Amsterdam. If my shipment get to my old address and I don't even know if I will get it
5. After the payment I had still not received anything, I therefore called again the company and I was told that my passport was missing therefore the shipment on hold! (No one called me to inform me about that neither the person I had over the phone to proceed the payment)

I was let down by the company several times where for example one colleague had discussed a price with me for temporary storage while I arranged my accomodation here in the UAE. Lastly, following up from the delivery of my items to the UAE I had a major complaint to the condition of the boxes, well being of my items and loss of any small items. I had asked and confirmed several times that I would like my boxes to be shrink wrapped and had also paid for this. However, not 1 box was shrink wrapped and I was very unhappy with the condition of the boxes and my items inside as a result of this. Im yet to find out if anything has been lost as a result of this enormous mistake.

Nous avons tecu notre facture finale 4jours apres qu'ils aient récupéré les boites. Quand nos boites sont enfin arrivées certaines étaient ouvertes' eventrees et de nombreux objets enveloppes dans du papier bulle et encartonne avec la motion 'FRAGILE' etaient casses.
Nous attendons toujours la reponse du service client qui nous evite et n'a prit aucune note. Il faut tout réexpliquer chaque fois que l'on appelle.

The service itself was fairly easy to use, straight forward and modern. Receiving the boxes on the other side was an absolute pain. The third party delivery service they used refused to re-send my boxes to the address I specified, forcing me to take a taxi to the FedEx depot to collect. Bear in mind these are large heavy boxes of which I had 3 of. Once arriving at the depot to collect them, one of the boxes appeared severely damaged with the other 2 boxes in perfect condition. This made my heart sank as the one damaged box contained a plethora of fragile items namely, bowls and homeware. More than 50% of the items inside the box can no longer be used and have needed to be thrown away thus wasting my time and money. The service has been terrible to use upon the receiving and more than bother than is worth.

My pictures were all broken and they refused to pay insurance. They lost my things and I had to ring all the depots in transit to find them. They did not care. Do not trust them. Very bad mannered throughout the process. Even the collection was roughly handled. Very disappointing indeed. I teach internationally and move every 2 years. Worst experience ever. 3-4 day shipping took over 2 months. If you love your things, your personal belongings ,these are not the company to trust. Baggehub and TNT. They also had changed their name from recent trading reports. This was my worst experience ever. Be warned.

Initial contact was smooth and problem free, easy to arrange pick-up time and friendly customer service. I was late with submitting necessary documents and thought my pick up date would get postponed, but luckily it was not a problem. Driver was friendly and on time, helped me to load boxes. I did not pay an insurance fee, which resulted to be quite nerve wracking as 4/6 boxes arrived on time, whereas the remaining two came on separate days singularly, 3 and 5 days apart from the other boxes, with no way of tracking them and no response from Baggage Hub. I was sure I wasn't to see them again, but the last one arrived today in fine condition (albeit all of them smelt of fish). Overall I wish there was more communication between Baggage Hub and me, their customer, as I was getting quite upset with the thought of losing 1/3 of my belongings.

Keep away from this company. Firstly, they charged me with a higher deposit than they originally said. I cancelled my booking 72 hours before the date they would come to pack and collect my boxes. I never received the boxes nor got my deposit back. Customer help staff are also rude.

After our cargo were picked up, we heard nothing for about 5 weeks despite many emails and phone calls made to the company. Every phone call made resulted in 'I'll have to get back to you in 20 minutes' which never resulted in anything.
When we finally found out about our products, we found they had received hundreds of pounds worth of damage and they were still sitting the companies warehouse unmoved, with no plans to actually move them or contact us about the damage. We even paid for special packaging and requested the full insurance policy. Apparently we can claim for this, but I am not holding my breath.

I tried multiple times to get in contact with Baggage Hub's customer service team, but they ignored my emails and when I called up, they promised to investigate and get back in touch - which they never did. One month later I am still waiting for an answer.
Before I decided which company to use, Baggage Hub called me multiple times to convince me to make use of their services, but when it comes to taking responsiblity and helping me with my issues, they do everything to avoid having to deal with me. I wish I had used another company.
Their quote was good, but who really cares when part of your shipment doesn't arrive.

This was backed up with great customer care and delivery was made on time. These guys are light years ahead of any other baggage company I have used in the past.

Two couriers came to pick up my stuff, from two different companies. Also, when I did the booking, they said deposit is not necessary as the company will pay everything together. At the end it was necessary and I did not get the packaging material delivered, but needed to go and buy it myself. Also boxes arrived quite damaged even if they were insured.

Truly the most awful moving experience of my life and I have moved about 10 times in 5yrs. once I paid my deposit it was impossible to get any call back or feedback regarding my move. My quotation was for GBP844.80 + 50 for packaging and my invoice was for GBP1815.00, what is the point of a quotation if the final price is more than double??? Delivery was also late a day, with nobody being able to explain why or bothering to call back.... had to make arrangements to have a person wait for delivery as my flight left on this day, absolutely no help or assistance regarding my delivery which was stated that I needed a delivery before a certain date, no replies on my emails and again no return phone calls! The worst customer service I have ever received... and still waiting for a reply on the difference in my payment made.... suppose now that they have their money I will never hear back from them!

At the start of the process, the service agent was very helpful and attentive. But later on in the process, it was harder to get clear responses over the phone because I was already dealing with a different service agent. They always seem to be rushing and wanting to end the call.
Also, when the drivers are delivering and picking up boxes, they don't have the complete address even if I've already provided it over the phone or via e-mail. I also had to keep on checking in with the service agent if there's more than 1 person picking up the boxes since my flat didn't have any lift.
During the pick-up of boxes, the driver and his assistant were very quick and efficient in handling the boxes. They were quite friendly too.
There were some technical difficulties as well when I paid for the invoice (since the deposit wasn't deducted from the total) and booking the air freight due to the ransomware cyber attack but this is not the company's fault.

This was during the shipping which was delayed for a couple weeks and afterwards when I wanted to make a complaint. 5+ times I have called them and they said they will call me back. After collecting the boxes it took them more than two weeks to ship them. The collection was done the 16th of May 2017 and the shipment on the 2nd of June.
Initially the said the boxes had to be repackaged and there had been delays for that reason. When the shipment was finally done the address was wrong (the delivery address in the TNT tracking system was Virginia US!). Then they realised they hadn't sent me some form I needed to fill in order for them to do the shipment. After the form were all filled and sent they shipped the packages.
The packages arrived on the 14th of June. The boxes arrived in pity conditions and some of the contents were also damaged.
Worst experience ever! I would not recommend any mentally sane human being to use this service.

Baggage Hub was one of the first one to give me a quote on a very reasonable price, from their email it was very easy to navigate to their site and reserve the service with a small booking fee. Shortly after that I have received a very detailed email with all the necessary documents (printing some forms are required) and instructions how to prepare my shipment. Easy and clear instruction and when I had a question I just called their number where somebody immediately answered my call (not a voicemail or an interactive call system). The agent over the phone was very helpful and professional and gave me clear answer to my question. The collection happened very efficiently and the driver announced his arrival an hour before they actually arrived, which is helpful. After the collection I have received the email with the final invoice and after the payment (there is a small fee for card payments) I have received the tracking number of my shipment and the arrival date. The delivery took place on the agreed day, but unfortunately the time was not confirmed (the tracking number only confirmed: 'by 18:00'.The delivery was also efficient and easy, after signing a form, I have received my boxes, and everything was in a very good condition. Obviously some sign of re-stacking and sliding the boxes were shown. In general I am very happy with the service what I have received from Baggage Hub and it's delivery partner.

Easy to deal with. delay encountered I waited for delivery and status of shipment to be updated online. After 2 weeks I called them directly to discover shipment had not been made as they were waiting for final payment first. They had sent invoice which went to my junk mail so I didn't see it (all other mails received no problem). I would have appreciated a follow up call given the delay.

I employed Baggage Hub in the context of a work-related relocation. The quote I was given was very reasonable, and a swift delivery via air seemed to be a major plus. To be fair, my shipment did arrive within the two weeks that I had been promised, and it arrived intact. Beyond this, dealing with Baggage Hub was a major hassle. Before my shipment left the UK, I had to submit the relevant paperwork multiple times, as office staff misplaced it twice. In total, I believe that I had to confirm the delivery address four times. I never received the tracking information that was promised in the quote I had received. Upon arrival in South Korea, my shipment was handed to a local removals company that asked me for additional payments and refused to deliver before I had paid, so that storage charges accumulated unnecessarily for several days. Communication with the local company was poor, and I had to phone several times to discover that my goods had been held and that I would need to pay more. Neither the local company nor Baggage Hub have so far provided a fully satisfactory explanation for these extra charges, which increased the cost of the shipment considerably. Upon delivery, the delivery driver had not brought a receipt for me to sign, and he hand-wrote a replacement on a random piece of paper. This seemed rather very unprofessional. Still, I have received my things within the promised time-frame, without any damage at all.

I regret using them.
They have all my possessions and complete money (over £700), but they won't give me any tracking information. This is worrying because I now believe they have lost my stuff. Their communication is non existent after they have your goods and your money.
Also the quote you are given online is not what you will pay total. I ended up paying £200 more than the quote given (they added on VAT later).
If things improve I'll change my review for now I'm looking into getting legal help on this case, because they are not helpful and clear once they have your goods and money.
