I booked because the reviews were not so bad and the price was competitive.
I booked a big van for 3 hours.
A few days after my booking I received an email asking me to pay the ULEZ on top of the original price. Something that was not mentioned when I booked.
When I complained I was told I could cancel but I needed to pay the fees. So I did not cancel. And what a mistake!!
When we were loading the van, I was told I needed to pay £80 more, because the list of items I wrote was shorter than the things I needed to put into the van.
The van was almost empty but I was told that the size of the van does not matter, it's the number of boxes that counts!
So instead of paying £140 as per my original booking, I ended up paying £240.
Fraud!
