booked for 10am on 2/7 for 7/7 - does not show till 3pm after ignoring my calls and messages. They have been responsible for an inventory fee I have had to pay and had to cancel due to the ruined day. They are not companies house listed and no proper names. Will be getting their names before a penny is paid and am claiming 150 back from them for the charge i had to pay the inventory clerk for cancelling that.

A bad first experience with royal star that wasted my time, energy and cost me a relationship (my former neighbour). Royal Star first and foremost had me booked on the wrong day (about a month later than the original date planned) and when the date to clean the property reached they sent cleaners that arrived at the property by 9pm (the appointment was for 5pm) disturbing my elderly neighbour I left the keys to the property with (my neighbour refused to hand the keys to the cleaners by 9pm). Long story short, they eventually said they could not clean the property because they had other jobs booked the following day (which was the day I was supposed to hand over the keys to the agency). No courtesy call to apologise for the fracas that transpired between the cleaners and my elderly neighbour by 9pm. An inconsiderate company that I do t think would last very long judging by how they treat their customers. Use them at your risk.

I would love to rate them in minus rating if possible but in your website it is not possible hence forcefully I had to rate them as 2. Bad service, unprofessional behaviour and attitude and failed to work and job for which they are charging. Please don't use them. It is trap. Worst service ever. Don't have enough equipment to clean carpet.

They were asked to do an end of tenancy cleaning, cleaning standard was poor and damage caused, despite repeated emails and telephone conversations no one from the complaints dept ever calls back to resolve the issue. my advice is not to use them.

I have called for homemove service and asked for professional service..
They have charged £200 for 2 bed house ... I found that they are very basic cleaners. I called couple of times after cleaning but they didn't respond.... don't trap...
