Very poor service. On asking for some care with a delicate item, one of the team of four threatened me with violence. I was so shocked, in my own home, by the time it was over I couldn’t find my phone and call the police. Yellow vans with the green stripe- never, ever again. Avoid. Far better in Solihull/West Midlands.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dale & Daughters and would not recommend them to anyone. During the move, they caused visible damage to my table and its base — damage that was clearly a result of careless handling. When I raised the issue, they outright refused to accept any responsibility and showed zero willingness to resolve the situation or even acknowledge the damage.
Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process. I expected a professional service, but what I received was anything but. If you value your belongings and expect accountability from a company you’re trusting with your property, look elsewhere.

I had an awful experience with this removal company. They turned up over an hour late with no prior warning or apology. When I asked about the delay, the staff were dismissive and downright rude, acting like I was being unreasonable for expecting them on time.
To make matters worse, several of my belongings were damaged during the move — including a scratched table, a broken lamp, and scuff marks on my walls. They showed zero care when handling my furniture, and I had to ask them multiple times to be careful, which they ignored.
The lack of professionalism was shocking from start to finish. No accountability, no customer service, and certainly no respect for other people’s property. Save yourself the stress — book literally anyone else.

Excellent and professional service. A stressful day made so much easier by the efficiency and organisation of the lads. Can’t praise them enough. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to them all.

The only reason these people have got 1 star is that you have to leave at least 1 to post the review…. We made the mistake of using these people for our house move which went from bad to worse .. firstly they dropped a can of paint over the patio area of the house we were moving from which I had to clean up myself … on arriving at our new property they began unloading our belongings into the house without putting down any dust sheets and not using any boot coverings so we now have filthy carpets .. the wallpaper has been ripped in many places as you can see from the photos .. They told us everything was off the van even though 2 televisions were still on it Avoid these people at all costs you will get nowhere with complaining about anything after you have paid them they come out with any excuse in the book .. We have just had the unfortunate experience of having Bernadette take a look at the damage who decided to make all sorts of excuses for the damage then insult us in our home .. absolutely disgusting …Read more

Professional and amicable. They made what could have been a very stressful day much easier. Even a flat tyre on our own car wasn't enough to ruin the moving day! Nigel and Paul were both incredibly on top of things and also lovely to chat to. Definitely recommend.
