Sirelo asks...
What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We place great emphasis on addressing any damages with utmost seriousness. Our standard protocol involves conducting a thorough internal investigation before presenting our detailed report to the insurance company, which assumes direct responsibility for handling the matter.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
As a house removal company, our top advice for customers is to start planning your move well in advance. This gives you ample time to declutter, pack efficiently, and coordinate the logistics with our team for a smooth, stress-free transition. Book a slot as soon as possible, even if you are not sure of your removal date. We always give preference to those who have already booked a slot with us.

The team turned up very promptly and worked hard and efficiently to get everything packed in good time. Then after a 3 hour drive, they unloaded in similarly efficient manner. Very polite and accommodating, highly recommended

I had the service from Stars Removals to move my house from Hounslow to Romford. The quote from them was lesser than other movers and I though it might reflect on their service. But to my pleasant surprise, the staff was very proficient and handled everything very carefully. Rana, Krishna and Talha were polite, considerate and very helpful, and they handled the fragile items with utmost care. Some furniture items were heavy but they moved them to the first floor nicely. I had zero damages to any of the goods delivered and they placed everything wherever I requested them to, without any complain. I highly recommend their services.
Again shoutout to Rana, Krishna and Talha.

From the moment we reached out to Stars Removals until the very last box was set down, their team proved to be efficient, pleasant to deal with, and impressively on time. Communication was smooth and consistent — from organising dates and timings to updates from the moving crew on the day itself. Truly dependable, quick, and a company I’d happily recommend to anyone.

Saleem, Faisal and Gujjar delivered a sofa from DFS into a very tight loft room and did an excellent job. They had to dismantle the sofa, take it upstairs and reassemble. I’ve had other sofa companies refuse to do that. Would happily use them again.
