Could not recommend Instamove enough.
We coincidentally picked one of the hottest days of the year to move, but our two excellent movers, Fabio and Gustavo, showed up bright and early and worked for nearly three hours straight taking our furniture and belongings down a large slope to the truck without a break or complaint!
Once they arrived at our new property, a four hour drive by the way, they had the same energy and enthusiasm when unloading our belongings.
Everything was delivered with only some minor knicks and bumps you have to account for when moving - but nothing major or inconvenient to fix.
They were helpful, professional, and friendly, never once wavering in the height of January heat.
In the end, our invoice was actually below our initial quote!
The customer service staff were just as friendly and helpful with organising our move.

I can’t recommend Instamove highly enough- firstly, Alan was friendly and super responsive to messages throughout the process.
On moving day, he and his colleague arrived very promptly, worked carefully (but quickly!), taking extra care with fragile items like picture frames, TV and even two large and very delicate houseplants. When it transpired that my sofa was too big to get safely out of the apartment, it was no issue for them- they just took it apart quickly, and even reassembled it at my new place.
They made the whole move as easy and stress-free as I could have hoped for, and I will 100% use them again next time I move!

Highly recommend Alan and his team. From initial enquiry to the end of the job, they were reliable, efficient and genuine and made our house move so much easier. They also do enjoy a chocolate biscuit 😂

I had a fantastic experience with InstaMove. From the very beginning, Alan’s communication was clear, friendly and reassuring. I was quite worried about the move, especially transporting fragile items like our TV, but Alan put my mind at ease right away.
They arrived exactly on time, handled everything with care and worked quickly and efficiently. Not a single item was damaged and the whole process was much smoother than I expected.

Massive thanks to Alan for helping me move out of my flat, he was brilliant! His communication prior to the move was fantastic, always very responsive to my numerous questions. He was very respectful of my property, belongings and cat and the move couldn't have gone any smoother. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and you should, too!

I used Instamove recently.
An absolute first class company.
Great communications and everything just so easy and well organised.
Alan is meticulous and has a solution for everything.
My furniture went into storage for 2 weeks and was kept in perfect condition.
I could not fault them and would highly recommend.
