Phenomenal Fantastic 4
As an estate agent I refer Riley’s removals to all of my customers as I had heard great reports, but now I can give my own honest review. Wow! Absolutely phenomenal.
So easy to book with Paul. No stress at all.
The gentlemen arrived on time in a clean van, the 4

In sync they wrapped the grand piano up and managed to move this heavy piece down stairs and into a new house. The professional and knowledgeable vibe was so refreshing. They were whitty and upbeat. True brand advocates for

We’ve just had Riley’s Removals with our house move. We were absolutely stunned by how fast these men work! If there’s any doubt to hire them, just do it. They arrived on time and set to work straight away. They pretty much had our whole home packed in what seemed (and probably was) minutes, let alone hours! Nothing was too much trouble for them. They handled all the items (and the plasterwork and woodwork of the house) with care and respect. Paul and the team, you’re worth your weight in gold! Thank you for making it stress free!

Riley's were recommended to us by a friend who had used them, and we were pleased that we had used them too. We had a lot of stress leading up to the removal, caused by delays on the legal side, Paul kept in touch with us after the initial quote, which was helpful. We had difficulty confirming a date but they allowed us to provisionally book, so we could get packing and make plans. On the day (a very hot one) everyone turned up on time and got our house packed up. On arrival at our new house they unpacked the vans quickly and efficiently. Woohoo we had no breakages!

A five star service.
We contacted Riley’s removals at fairly short notice to move us from our house to a 2nd floor apartment. Paul visited us that afternoon and straight away it was obvious that our move was going to be in good hands. Paul and all the staff were a delight to deal with, they were efficient, very hard working and with good humour (very important during what is a stressful time. We had a very late completion time but they dealt with it flexibly. Riley’s did all our packing and not one item was broken. Thank you so much.

From the original quote through rescheduling a couple of times to the actual move, everything was handled professionally and with a personal touch. What a great service Paul and his team supply, we used Rileys to move us in Southport recently, and from the initial assessment and quote to the final piece of furniture being placed in our new home nothing was too much trouble.The lads led by Martin were hard working, diligent, and most importantly careful with all our items, polite at all times and prepared to place furniture in different aspects of rooms until we were happy.
I cannot rate this removal company highly enough, over the years we have used various companies to move us but none can compare to Rileys, well done and thank you again for making a very stressful day so much easier
