Hugely grateful to the team at Heaps who stepped in last minute for our house move - we came to them last minute after another company getting booked up. They were also booked up on our completion day, but went to lengths to make it work, picking our furniture up a day early and dropping it off on a Saturday. Mark came really quickly to do the survey, Kath was hugely helpful in keeping us informed and Jack and Shamon were amazing both days - they were polite, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, even with tight staircases and tricky access. We're very grateful for their help!

Heaps Removal provided us with a professional. service. They arrived at the time agreed and was respectful of our home placing protective covering on floors, doors and furniture. The staff were very polite and hardworking.

Brilliant Service – Highly Recommend!
Heaps Removals were absolutely brilliant. They stepped in at the last minute to help my 82-year-old father move, after he was let down by another removals company just a week before his move date. From start to finish, they were kind, considerate, and incredibly professional. The team worked non-stop to get everything done smoothly and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. We’re so grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Heaps have taken a huge amount of stress out of our house move. From start to finish a really professional job. The staff involved in the move (and in the office) were brilliant, very friendly and managed even the heaviest items with ease. If you’re planning a move I highly recommend you get Heaps on the job, they were amazing.

Heaps did our move a week ago; we were just going around the corner but from a 4 storey house with narrow stairs into a house with steps up to the front door, so not particularly easy at either end. Heaps came back as the cheapest quote, and given they also had amazing reviews we opted to go with them and I'm very glad we did. The movers (Jack, Mark and Graham) were absolutely brilliant on the day and made what is a stressful experience much smoother. The boxes that Heaps provided as part of the quote were also amazing - such good quality and much better than what we had bought online for the rest of our stuff. 100% would recommend them for removals.

Excellent service throughout, all members of the team were really helpful and made what might have been a really stressful day so much easier than we had anticipated. Good communication from the office at each stage from visiting to quote through to completing the move. Not that I anticipate doing this again, but if we had to, would definitely use Heaps again, and will recommend them to anyone who might ask.
