Heaps were absolutely brilliant. We moved from Halifax to a remote part of Northumberland. From the initial quote through to unloading, Heaps made the process smooth and straightforward, with sound advice on packing, good humour and real professionalism. We highly recommend Heaps.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. The whole team were so easy to deal with - from a professional quote and visit - the whole booking process was really straightforward and Kath was really helpful and friendly.
The team turned up on time and were just so professional and friendly it really made the day. They were courteous and cheerful but most importantly they were real experts. They made sure all floors were protected and handled everything with real care. Nothing was too much trouble and I really could not recommend them more highly.

An excellent and clear process for getting an accurate and competitive quotation was then followed up by an efficient, respectful and personable service on the day. It eliminated a huge amount of stress for us and was money very well spent. Although we are in no rush to move again, we would happily use Heaps in the future!

A really professional company giving excellent customer service and good value for money. From ringing for an initial quote, to providing boxes, to the actual removal day , everything was first class. Jack and his team worked so hard, they made what could have been a very stressful day to a perfect day. Thank you.

Amazing service. Very efficient office staff, and really friendly.
The removal chaps were really patient, and professional. A nice bunch and fun to deal with. I hadn't quite prepared for a day early of loading, but I'm so glad that we had it. On the day of moving, it was far less stressful than anticipated. We were moving elsewhere in the country and they made our move easy. All of my possessions were handled with care and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Heaps to anyone moving house.
