Excellent service throughout, all members of the team were really helpful and made what might have been a really stressful day so much easier than we had anticipated. Good communication from the office at each stage from visiting to quote through to completing the move. Not that I anticipate doing this again, but if we had to, would definitely use Heaps again, and will recommend them to anyone who might ask.

I am so pleased we booked Heaps for our move from West Yorkshire, Queensbury to Greater Manchester. Jamie, Graham, Jack and Charlie took all the stress away. They emptied our house in less than an hour and a half and even faster unloading. They were polite and efficient. Kath in the office is really helpful. Great communication all the way through. I can't recommend this local, family owned business highly enough. The best service.

Excellent service from start to finish . Everyone was very helpful, I’ve lived in the same house for almost 50 yrs and have collected so much ‘stuff’ but those lads packed, boxed and moved everything except the kitchen sink without a single complaint- I’ve never had workmen who refused to stop for tea and biscuits- they were amazing! Would definitely recommend- and although I don’t intend moving again Heaps would be my ‘go to ‘ removal firm !

The guys at Heaps were brilliant throughout all stages of our move. From the speed of the initial quote to their performance on moving day.
The team arrived bright and early on moving day and navigated the poor weather expertly. The skills and efficiency of the team had us packed up within and hour and a half.
Because we were moving from out of the area the guys were proactive heading to the new location. The sale process was complex and fraught with issues but the professionalism of the team with us at the house and the office helped ease the stress we were already under.
I would recommend Heaps for all your removal needs they are the height of professional, efficient, effective and caring about their customer needs.

Great service from start to finish. Kath did her absolute best to accommodate our ever changing completion date, even with less than 24 hours notice. On the day Jack, Jimmy and Curtis did a fantastic professional job of packing up our home in 2 1/2 hours. Thanks also to Mark on bed dismantling. Followed by an equally top job at the other end. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heaps and if we ever move again (highly unlikely!!) we’d use them without a doubt.

Heaps were absolutely brilliant. We moved from Halifax to a remote part of Northumberland. From the initial quote through to unloading, Heaps made the process smooth and straightforward, with sound advice on packing, good humour and real professionalism. We highly recommend Heaps.
