Kath and Brigid at Heaps were amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful over the phone and were able to accommodate our move-in date with just a week’s notice, which we really appreciated. Heaps also delivered storage box’s, bubble wrap and tape for us prior to the move.
Jack and the team were extremely professional on moving day when placing our belongings into storage. They dismantled our furniture and made sure everything was organised with a clear inventory for each storage box.
I would highly recommend Heaps to anyone looking for a reliable and professional storage and removal company.

A huge thank you to all in involved in my recent house move. Heaps were fantastic - they were easy to communicate with, flexible, friendly and helpful throughout. My move was stress free and my belongings were handled with care and respect. The guys on the vans on the day worked so hard and could not do enough to help.

Brilliant service. Our first house move fell through last minute and Brigid rearranged everything for when we finally moved 3 months later. The removals team: Mark, Mark, Jack and Brad were excellent. They handled a tricky move from storage units into a house spread over 4 floors AND worked around tradesmen who were still fitting windows. They were good humoured throughout and looked after our belongings expertly and carefully. Would recommend Heaps wholeheartedly. We're never moving again but if we did, we'd defintely book them!

Absolutely fantastic service from Heaps for our house move. From quoting to moving day, the team were friendly, professional and super helpful. Our removals team on the day included Brad, Jack and Graham and they managed everything quickly and personably to put us completely at ease with a seamless house move. Can’t recommend Heaps enough!

Hugely grateful to the team at Heaps who stepped in last minute for our house move - we came to them last minute after another company getting booked up. They were also booked up on our completion day, but went to lengths to make it work, picking our furniture up a day early and dropping it off on a Saturday. Mark came really quickly to do the survey, Kath was hugely helpful in keeping us informed and Jack and Shamon were amazing both days - they were polite, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, even with tight staircases and tricky access. We're very grateful for their help!

Heaps Removal provided us with a professional. service. They arrived at the time agreed and was respectful of our home placing protective covering on floors, doors and furniture. The staff were very polite and hardworking.
