John and the team at V&E Transport have done the most careful, gentle and compassionate job of helping move our elderly father from. A large house to a smaller bungalow.
From the beginning they were honest and up front about costs offering a prepaid waiver in case the day overran (which of course it did)
We used their packing service which saved us so much work. It also meant everything got where it was meant to be and nothing was left behind.
From 7.45am till nearly 9 at night when they left they worked tirelessly to get everything just right. They put up protectors for the doors and door jambs, they put the mattresses in protective bags and even had a bag for the 7 foot tall fridge freezer to make sure it didnt get scratched. Meticulous is an understatement.
You can tell from his attention to detail that John has a military background. When he says he'll be there at 8am the van will be there before so he knocks on the door on the dot. His staff are friendly, helpful, hard working and reflect the company values. Even in these ridiculous temperatures (peaked at 29 today)

We would highly recommend John to move or collect items. He moved us last month and was friendly, efficient and well organised. He also collected a huge chair for us with the same level of professionalism. He goes out of his way to do a great job. He put up a lamp shade, created a barrier with his vans so our dog could roam and rearranged furniture to fit a huge chair into a bedroom. We are now loyal customers. Thanks John 😊

Great service and price. John and his team went above and beyond to protect doorways and furniture from damage. Boxes, hanging garment boxes, bubblewrap and paper all supplied. They also helped us out with temporary storage when we had issues with our completion. Would definately recommend for any house move. First class business.

A great removal service provided today, all belongings carefully handled and the guys were very pleasant to chat with, keen to ensure I was happy with everything they did. Quickly carried out and for a good price. Recommended!

V&E completed our move last week and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, from the initial quote through to pre-loading and completion day. My husband and I felt completely at ease at all times.
Our home was fully protected, and great care was taken with all furniture and boxes. There was not a single breakage, scratch, or any damage to our belongings or either property.
We would highly recommend V&E and would absolutely use their services again
