The team arrived at the time stated in the contract. They immediately identified what items needed to be loaded first and undertook to clear all items except for those we required for our last night in our old property, they then took all items to their storage area. The next day the remaining items were loaded into a different van and they went back to their storage area and waited for our call to say everything was 'a go'. When the team arrived with all the loaded items (3 Lorry loads), they commenced unloading and placing the items in the identified rooms. The whole team did not stop until all items were off-loaded. They were hard working, pleasant and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We have no reason not to give them top marks, we recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable removals company. Well done Heads.

Superb company with a very hard working and reliable team. We had a long distance house move over three days, with Heads we were able to relax about the removal aspect as they instilled complete confidence in us and lived up to all of our expectations.
Everything from quoting to planning and the move itself worked seamlessly. I have no hesitation in reccomending Heads.

A brilliant service is what you will get from Kerry and the team at Heads Removals. Polite, friendly, professional. We have used them three times and you couldn’t fault the team. We had furniture moved into storage by Heads Removals. My family and I moved from London to Herne Bay and nothing was too much trouble. I sent a video to Kerry of our effects in London to enable her to give us a quote for the house move. Heads also moved items from storage to the new home. I would recommend them.

Excellent service for moving and storage. I used Heads to move out of a flat and due to unexpected delays on the purchase, they also stored everything for a year, before moving it into my new home. I cannot thank them enough for their professional service. Everything arrived in the same condition, no breakages at all. But more than that, everyone was patient, understanding, helpful and kind through the whole process. They really understand the pressures around moving and were helpful at every stage. I can't thank them enough!

I am quite happy to give Heads Removals 5 stars. Moving day is always likely to be stressful. But everyone at Heads were calm and very professional. Because we were moving 150 miles away, there was the added stress of waiting for the completion to take place while our belongings were trundling off to our new home. As the day progressed all too quickly, our concern was being able to meet the Heads lorry who were well on their way to our destination. We need not have worried as the crew of removers assured us they were happy to wait until we arrived. That they did and made sure we had all the essentials for a good nights sleep. Arriving the following morning to complete the move. First class professional outfit.

Heads removals were very professional from the moment we met Kerry and her team.
They were courteous and respectful over the three days of the move and very accommodating when it came to moving some very large garden pots !!
