I’m so glad I chose Heads Removals to help
me move. They were actually the lowest quote we obtained which isn’t why I chose them. I chose them because from the moment I met Kerry I instantly knew she and her team would do a good job and I wasn’t wrong. She was there to answer any questions I had leading up to us actually having a moving date and the team on the day were brilliant. They were polite, helpful, courteous and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the day stress free for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heads Removals and would use them again if I ever needed to.

We were extremely happy with the way the whole team of Heads Removals carried out our move from Kent to Norfolk. From the very beginning of contacting them and Kerry coming out to give us a quote through to the final delivery we couldn't fault their professionalism.
Our moving date was delayed and changed 3 times because of a problem in the chain but again Kerry kept in touch and rose to the occasion each time.
Unfortunately 2 pieces of furniture were slightly damaged during the move but yet again it was promptly and professionally restored to our satisfaction with Heads travelling from Kent to Norfolk to collect and return the items.
I cannot recommend them enough and have actually already recommended them to a friend who's hoping to move soon.

We recently used Heads Removal for our full packing and removal, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the very start, the team were excellent. They handled the packing of our home with real care and attention, treating our prized possessions as if they were their own. Every member of the team was helpful, professional, approachable and genuinely a pleasure to work with — which makes such a stressful process so much easier.
We also made use of their storage facility (no small task — 7 containers!), which was managed seamlessly and gave us real confidence that everything was safe and well organised.
Heads have now moved us into our new home and, once again, the service was absolutely superb.
Particular thanks to Gene, Kerry and Adam for their outstanding support throughout — a fantastic team delivering a truly first-class service.

Amazing from start to finish! Arrived on time, polite team and packed everything up into the lorry super quick.
We had a delay in collecting keys but I kept them informed and they patiently waited for us. Once we got keys they made sure all the flooring was covered before moving everything in and it was where we wanted it.
Nothing broke while in transit, highly recommend! Email communication before the day was also amazing! Can't thank you guys enough for making the day completely stress free.

We were so lucky to contact Heads removals. We had three weeks to empty a five bedroomed house and we were stuck on a cruise ship in the middle of the med.
Two days after getting back, Kerry came to size things up. Very shortly after, her husband Gene and his team came and started packing. They used professional equipment and tucked everything away in sealed wooden crates in only three days. Everything cleared - Including our outdoor plants.
Stored for nearly six months. Then moved halfway across the British Isles. Delivered into a much smaller house in one day. White goods not needed were taken away and given to charity.
Brilliant service! With care and professionalism. A truly excellent service at a very reasonable price. Everything you would expect from a family business.
I would certainly use them again.

The team arrived at the time stated in the contract. They immediately identified what items needed to be loaded first and undertook to clear all items except for those we required for our last night in our old property, they then took all items to their storage area. The next day the remaining items were loaded into a different van and they went back to their storage area and waited for our call to say everything was 'a go'. When the team arrived with all the loaded items (3 Lorry loads), they commenced unloading and placing the items in the identified rooms. The whole team did not stop until all items were off-loaded. They were hard working, pleasant and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We have no reason not to give them top marks, we recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable removals company. Well done Heads.
