Good service, until we found an item of furniture damaged. Despite paying for insurance when we found that a piece of furniture was damaged - either in storage or coming out of storage they didn't want to know. A cocky employee blamed a third party who had collected a single item from store for the damage. (That removals company said the item was in a damaged condition when they received it!)

The handling of my removal from Essex to Staffordshire was very professional from beginning to end. The storage facilities meant my belongings were in well managed conditions. The two-man team worked tirelessly, were very polite and respectful. Excellent service.

Even though the team were unable to assist with our final moving date (thanks to very short notice from our solicitors), Mike & the team were really helpful & tried their hardest to accommodate us. Great communication & service.

I've had two moves with Evans in 9months, with 100 mile distance and packing service. Totally fantastic, friendly, professional team, competitive price, nothing too much trouble. I have total confidence in the Evans team and won't hesitate to use them for my next move as well as recommending them. I feel they are now friends as well as service providers. Can't thank everyone enough.

Superb packing of goods and breakables and dismantling of furniture. Belongings then kept in storage for 6 months and on return delivery to new home, staff were just as great and took care to deliver all items and reassemble furniture they had taken apart. Nothing was too much trouble and both experiences were great. I was very nervous about putting my whole house into storage but this company reassured me from the start to the finish. Even had a call afterwards to check everything went well.
