Excellent service from start to finish! The mover was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with, even during a stressful time. Despite booking on very short notice, they still arrived promptly. I accidentally made a double payment, but Miled was completely honest and issued an immediate refund — which is a rare quality these days. I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely be using their services again. Highly recommended!

We have just had an excellent experience with Miled and Fahran today as they moved us out of our 5th floor flat in London to our new home in Hertfordshire. They were very responsive, arrived on time and all of our things were delivered in perfect condition on time. They were really helpful with taking our sofa apart and putting it back together. They were also very conscious of not dirtying the floors of our new home, taking their shoes off to be considerate. All in all, an excellent experience and I would absolutely use SMS again in the future!

Miled and his team were extremely helpful and were very quick to get the job done. Great communication and great work, handling all our possession with care. Miled turned up on time and was happy to wait for us to grab a coffee. They even let my partner ride in the van with them to our new place. Very reasonable prices and polite staff.

Miled provided such a helpful and professional service! I was moving from East London to South West London and he was so helpful, arrived on time, packed everything super carefully and overall just made it the most seamless experience I’ve ever had when moving out.
He is so polite and friendly too, which added to how great the experience was.

Extremely happy, Miled was quick, kind and professional, replied straight away and showed up on time. He brought all the equipment needed for moving out of our flat and did a great job, with a friendly manner. Highly recommend and will definitely be in touch again for future moves! Thanks so much!
