Absolutely amazing service. Can’t recommend the team at Sterling Sinclair highly enough. From start to finish the guys were friendly, helpful and incredible value for money in my opinion. If you need someone to help you move in central Scotland, look no further, these guys were great.

I used this company to manage a removal and received an appalling service. Several antique items were damaged in the removal and because I did not take out additional insurance cover, Sterling Sinclair are avoiding liability. In addition to this, TV cables and remote were lost. No protection of carpets throughout removal which consequently were damaged. Removal did not go to plan time wise so additional men were assigned at short notice and there was absolutely no co-ordination of activity. Many belongings were literally thrown into my garage with no care or consideration as to how they were stored/stacked. When trying to pursue this complaint, I have been passed from person to person and then ignored for a period of 3 months. Absolutely atrocious experience. I would not even give them one star but unfortunately cannot post without a minimum of 1 star rating

Our move was postponed and Sterling Sinclair just rolled with it, so I was super impressed. Sorry about ALL the phone calls. We had our house packed up and then our belongings moved by SS and it was a breeze. Such lovely people who did our packing and moving, great banter, everything in one piece and so patient and reassuring. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

Outstanding service. The team arrived promptly, took excellent care of all of our household items; wrapped and packed delicate item of furniture appropriately and unpacked with professionalism and ease.
Pre-move communications were easy and clear. The plan for the day was laid out so we knew exactly when to expect the team, approximate departure times and expected finishing times.
The quality assurance process made us feel very comfortable working with Sterling Sinclair.

Fantastic service, would use again. Stirling Sinclair collected some of my pot plants and delivered to my new address, could not recommend enough. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Thank you!
