Top class customer service in every way.
Impressed with the quality of how the van was kitted out internally, they provided protection for eg mirrors/ tv/large pictures/mattresses.
The care the two members of staff took with my furniture and (many) garden plants from small to very large (high) and heavy. Nothing fazed them. Excellent in every way.

We couldn’t be more delighted with the service provided by Richardson Removals & Storage during our recent house move. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and handled with exceptional professionalism.
On the day of the move from our old home, we were warmly greeted by Tom and his team of seven courteous, cheerful, and hard-working gentlemen. They immediately set to work with great care, laying down protective coverings on the carpets and banisters before beginning the removal process. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they packed everything meticulously, including six large sofas, ensuring that each item was secured safely into the removal vans.
Due to a short delay in our move-in date, our belongings needed to be stored temporarily. Josh promptly provided a very fair and reasonable revised quote to accommodate this, which we greatly appreciated.
When moving into our new home, the team once again arrived punctually and fully prepared. They laid protective coverings throughout and consistently checked in with us to ensure that boxes and furniture were placed exactly where we wanted them. Nothing was too much trouble—even when we changed our minds about the placement of certain items, they remained patient and accommodating throughout.
A minor incident occurred when the lid of a garden storage box was accidentally damaged during the move-out. Tom immediately brought it to our attention and photographed it for reference. The issue was resolved swiftly and professionally, with the item replaced to our complete satisfaction—no fuss, no quibble.
In every way, Richardson Removals & Storage exceeded our expectations. They were friendly, respectful, efficient, and utterly professional at every stage. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a top-tier removals company.Read more

Truly exceptional in every way. The quote included all my packing boxes and materials needed. They packed the pictures and delicate items themselves. The team that did the removal were brilliant, nothing too much trouble, respectful, polite and very helpful. Heavy items, delivered over three floors, no complaints from them. Simply the best house move company I have come across over 15 moves of house. Thank you to everyone involved!

We have just completed a complicated move using the services of Richardsons Moving and Storage. From initial contact through to final delivery of furniture from storage to both new properties was made so much easier due to the professional service offered from estimating, to delivery of packing materials, consideration of surroundings and protection of flooring, care with goods when removing and also again on delivery. I would absolutely recommend use for anyone requiring moving and storage solutions.

Richardsons provided an excellent house removal service right from initial contact t through to completing our move. They provided good quality boxes for the move and handled both houses and all our belongings with care. Option to also also have the boxes collected after you’ve unpacked them to allow reuse. They took all the stress out of the day itself with professional and polite staff. Worth every penny, would highly recommend.
