Richardson's provided a highly professional service. The preliminary visit was useful to explain the service offered and we chose to have a small amount moved on the Friday (completion day), with the rest moved out on Thursday and in on Monday. Every item was clearly labelled and the staff made sure it went where we wanted it. I have no hesitation in recommending Richardson's.

Everyone was professional and helpful. Josh was very helpful and answered all my queries promptly. The removal lads were very efficient and spot on with their attitude . They were polite and very efficient removing and taking care whilst completing the removal.

My son recently moved out of his second floor flat. Richardson's did an excellent job with the move. From coming to give us a quote. Providing ample boxes for him to store his possessions in, including tissue paper to wrap everything up and Parcel tape to seal all the boxes. Arriving early on the day, very friendly staff, worked very hard and very efficiently removing all his possessions from the flat. But most of all was a very large setee, which could not be dismantled, and we knew would not go out through the flat door. When delivered it had come in through the second floor Juliet window, the house was new and builders used a fork lift truck to get it in! Richardson's with four men, edged it through the Juliet window and lowered it on tapes down to the ground. Marvellous job. Would definitely recommend them.

Top class customer service in every way.
Impressed with the quality of how the van was kitted out internally, they provided protection for eg mirrors/ tv/large pictures/mattresses.
The care the two members of staff took with my furniture and (many) garden plants from small to very large (high) and heavy. Nothing fazed them. Excellent in every way.
