I cannot fault Richardsons Removals. They were helpful and friendly from the moment we first called them for a quote, until after our move. Our move was anything but straightforward but they were always willing to try and accommodate us. We paid the extra for them to pack and I’m so glad we did. They looked after all our belongings and moved us into our new home quickly and efficiently. They even came and collected the boxes and wrapping once we had finished unpacking. I will not be moving anytime soon but I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone who is requiring removals in the future.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed a short notice, long distance removals service from Teesside to Wiltshire. I looked at national companies, but then searched for local companies and looking at customer reviews for Richardson moving & storage Ltd we requested a quote.
Josh gave us a lot of good advice and reassurance on the quality and level of service Richardson provide. We then had to move even sooner than expected, but Josh accommodated us without fuss. We needed a full packing service and furniture dismantling and reassembly. Josh and the removals team, Mike and Shay were great, efficient but careful with everything.
The quality and level of service Josh and his team provided was superb, they greatly alleviated a stressful time for us, providing a rapid but professional response and removals service. I would certainly recommend Richardsons, it was also good to use a local company in these challenging times for businesses.

Tom Shay and Danny did a really outstanding job for Richardson removals, moving me from Billingham to York. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Floors were protected and doors and banisters all covered over, so no chance of scrapes. What really stood out though was their willingness to get everything exactly as I wanted it before they left. They made a potentially stressful day calm.

I recently moved house for the first time in 20 years and had a lot of belongings to shift. Although I did all the packing myself, the four lads from Richardsons who came to move everything were brilliant. They were friendly, professional, and handled both houses with great care. I am not sure this firm is the cheapest around, but I am pleased I chose them, they were absolutely worth it.
They were helpful throughout the whole process, from booking the move, to dropping off boxes for me to pack, and on the day they kept me calm and supported. Highly recommended.

We were advised by an industry expert to choose Richardson. She gave them 10/10 and the nearest competitor 9/10. After our move I would give them 11/10. From punctual arrival, to protecting carpets, to wrapping, packing, loading, moving, unloading, dismantling and reinstalling washers, beds, etc. everything was done perfectly. And they managed unforeseen problems without panic and came up with a solution. Nothing was too much trouble. After care service is also good, picking up empty boxes and wrapping. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Richardson's provided a highly professional service. The preliminary visit was useful to explain the service offered and we chose to have a small amount moved on the Friday (completion day), with the rest moved out on Thursday and in on Monday. Every item was clearly labelled and the staff made sure it went where we wanted it. I have no hesitation in recommending Richardson's.
