Brilliant removal company. They respond to emails for even small jobs, unlike other companies, and they keep that level of communication over weekends. They stated the names of who would be working with us and their time of arrival and they were prompt, polite and highly efficient. Fantastic company and I couldn’t fault them. Easy to give five stars.

This firm of removals are amazing. We had the pack and move service and we can’t fault anything. Great team, not only really efficient and respectful, but also friendly which is so important when helping you move. Would 100% recommend.

We used A Luckes & Son Removals for our recent house move and I couldn’t fault the service.
The team were polite, friendly and professional from the moment they arrived. They were on time, well organised and worked steadily throughout the day without needing to be prompted. Nothing felt rushed or careless, and they treated our belongings with real care.
What stood out most was how helpful they were beyond simply moving boxes. When items ended up in the wrong room or needed shifting again, they were more than happy to help and did so without any fuss. That level of support made a big difference on a stressful day.
Communication was clear throughout, and when an unexpected delay occurred that was outside their control, it was handled calmly and fairly.
I’d happily recommend A Luckes & Son to anyone moving home and would use them again without hesitation.

Worth every penny! Seamless, organised, efficient and professional. Max and his team, John, Mark, Grant, Jack (and a special mention of Alex and Sally) were amazing. I cannot recommend this wonderful company enough.

Absolutely fantastic team of removers. From start to finish everything went seamlessly. I will be recommending them to ALL. Exceptional attention to detail with regards to planning (thanks Max) the awkward logistics of the move. The chaps on the day were very polite, careful and speedy. Make sure they get plenty of tea and chocolate digestives :-), helps the long day go quicker!
