We have now calculated the amount of damage to our antique chairs, table, sideboard, general furniture and white goods to be in the region of £1,000+. I don't think any item didn't have damage. My desk unit was completely smashed.
Very disappointed with the manner in which [Name removed by Sirelo] packed our items. They were late getting to collect our items and late arriving, epecially when they estimated 4pm and didn't arrive until 6.30pm! We arrived at the property at 12.30 and had a very long wait for them to turn up especially with nothing to sit on. They were in great panic to unload and just shoved everything where there was a space which resulted in further damage being done.
It was a complete shambles especially when [Name removed by Sirelo] tried to charge us an extra £1,000 before the van was half full. Plus they were a man short as we were promised 3 men to load.
We have no complaint regarding the 2 guys who were working with him as they were very polite and courteous.
