Shipping boxes from London to Cape Town turned into a nightmare. The courier falsely claimed no one was at my storage unit to release the boxes. In reality, the manager was present; the driver simply lacked van space and lied to shift the blame to me.
Panic-stricken, I rushed back across London to wait two useless hours for a promised return that never happened, ruining my day. The next morning, collectors arrived to fetch the boxes from my unit as originally agreed but didn't know they had to go into my storage unit. When I emailed to clarify, the moving company was wildly defensive and unapologetic, amplifying an already grueling, stressful experience.

Very quick and efficient service.
Always friendly and professional when I query about my boxes and getting an update on arrival in South Africa.
My last lot of boxes was sent 3 months ago and has still not reached & gave me valid reasons why such as the recent strike and loadshedding in South Africa which caused the delay. Hence, the Customs been closed for a couple of days.
I will still use this Company as I am happy with their overall service.

Not given feedback if delay. The customer has to phone a couple of times to query for eg I sent 4 boxes in November 2022 and it’s March and has still not been delivered. I had to phone a couple of times to query.

They are quicker but very expensive.. They do not communicate with customers if unexpected delays occurred. Customer service is manned by very rude Afrikaans speaking women. They are very insensitive to customers inquiring about the shipment, they don’t allow customers opportunities to speak or ask about their delayed shipment, and they will tell you to go for another companies if you are not happy, and they will hang the phone on you. Very rude. Avoid using this company.
