I recently used this removal company, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. From the very first contact, their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. Im very happy with how today turned out, we were absolutely amazed by how effective the team was. I was initially sceptical due to previous bad experiences with other removal companies. However I was pleasantly surprised by lukas and the other guys. The move was very swift with no damages to property or items. The guys even help me move some furniture at the property to a different place.
I highly recommend these guys, they went further and beyond and ensured all the times were placed exactly where i wanted them, and the bed assembly was fantastic. Its in a sturdier condition then when i initially built it myself.

Straight forward from the start, they were recommneded by a friend and we are glad we called. Communication was great throughout, I felt like I knew exactly what was happening on the day and was in safe hands. I simply gave a list of what needs moving and it was as simple as that.
On the day, they turned on time, had everything that was needed to make it straight forward. They had us packed up in no time and we knew we were in safe hands.
The guys that moved us were polite but made us feel relaxed, they communicated through to make sure the service was exactly what we wanted.
We have moved in the past and had issues with dates, damaged items and other problems. They guys were perfect and let us just sit back and unpack.
They made the move a breeze for us. Would highly recommend.
Also the company Carried out another job for our neighbour, who also gave them 5 stars.
They were competitively priced and will use again.

Avoid and read the small print on absolutely everything. If you have a large house do not use! Do not get them to pack they will charge you £7.99 per box and no matter what size your house is will use as many boxes as they can. Do not not sign anything on the day without reading. Do not give them your bank details or they will use this to charge you extras without asking, they get away with this as it's in the small print. They charged me £730 extra to come back 6 days later even though they did half a job and I did not want them back to finish the job six days later. This they state is because they require 14 days notice. I did not want my belongings 6 days later but was told they couldn't do it all that day, so totally bewildered and without my partner I felt I had no option. In total I paid over £1000 more than the original quote and I ended up moving the rest of my belongings myself. These photos show how my belongings were left in my garage at my previous house.
Nothing is there fault they broke my leg off a chest of drawers and told me it would cost £5 to repair! They charged me £98 to put together a bed which was complicated! It was a ottoman bed and I mentioned it was handmade and that was used against me to extract more money! They refused to refund my money when I was unhappy with there service. Just awful!Read more

The company management should be proud of the three guys who moved us from Swindon to Oxford. I can only praise those guys for the work they did for us and were fully committed to to make us 100% satisfied. Would recommend to anybody looking for a reliable and stress-free moving service. Brilliant service, professional guys.
Fast, on time amd taking good care of all boxes and furniture.
They handle with extra care, use all aort of protective devices to not damage door, walls and all the stuff they move.
Lucas, is a respectful man who knows how do the job.
Highly recommended.
