Elite Move was recommended to me as the removals company for my own move to a new apartment. I had a good and informative initial contact with Joy in the office and then had a visit from David so he could assess the volume of items to be moved and also give me full details of the process. Everything went extremely smoothly, with minimal stress. The men all did an excellent job and really cared about the items that they were packing and moving. They were all polite and considerate and worked really hard with few breaks. My move was particularly challenging, since it involved taking everything down 51 stairs without a lift, but not one of them complained - and extra 'porters' had been engaged to help with this transfer of the boxes, so it was all well-managed. It took two days to pack and move and one day to offload into the new place (they did not unpack the boxes). I appreciated that Elite Move returned to collect the flat-packed boxes and packing paper for re-use. Best of all, nothing has been broken in the move - well done Elite Move! Lovely team who came to help with my Mum's move into a retirement village. They were very can-do, calm, helpful and cheery, which made the process much easier than anticipated. Joy is a delight to deal with on the phone too.

After being let down by another company the team from Elite provided a prompt efficient service for both myself and my partner. Communication was good prior to the move and on the day they arrived on time and were extremely helpful, especially with some tricky items. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

So glad we used Elite Move to help us move home last week! Leading up to our move, we were inundated with companies that 'could help' but David was much more thorough in his approach during the initial visit to quote. Joy in the office was both Joy by name and nature, a pleasure to deal with and talk to. As for the guys on moving day, they were all smart, courteous and professional. Especially the young lad, Layton. Nothing was too much trouble, our goods were handled with care and the whole process was efficient. If anyone is looking for a removal company within Tamworth, then look no further!

This is the most helpful and efficient and professional removal company I have ever used. The removal men themselves are good-natured, willing, determined to do a good job and work hard at getting even the oddest furniture into its new home! What I particularly value is the immediate response to my telephone calls by the most helpful person imaginable - Joy - who is calm and understanding. This whole moving business is an anxious, overwhelming experience at the best of times. So, having a warm and understanding person at the end of the phone is wonderful!

I can't recommend Elite highly enough - the whole team were amazing. They absolutely went above & beyond in all aspects of my move, from the survey for a quote, Joy the move manager (excellent at liaising with everyone making sure everything was running smoothly), & the 3 guys who packed me up & moved me.
I was only given a few days notice that completion on my sale/purchase 'maybe' going ahead. I wanted a reliable company that would turn up, the only one I knew didn't have availability, so my Estate Agent spoke to Elite on my behalf. I'm so glad they did!!
From the first contact with them, right through to the last box being moved in, they were fantastic throughout.
