Great service from the outset. Visited our previous house to ensure that they fully understand our needs. On the day of our move the team arrived promptly and were very polite and professional. Similarly when our furniture and items were delivered to our new bungalow

My 87 year Dad was moved by this wonderful company from Whitstable in Kent to Bath in Somerset having lost his wife of 60 years so this was a big deal !! The men who packed and delivered the other end were kind patient considerate and extremely thoughtful in their packing and their delivery as a family we honestly can’t thank you enough you clearly love what you do as you do it soooo well . A big thank you to Joy at the end of the phone for organising everything and being so kind and patient to Dad .Having unpacked all the boxes myself everything was beautifully packed and no breakages or anything damaged. From the whole family.A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL xx

The entire process was completely seamless, from the initial contact and survey right through to moving day. We had a fantastic team of three who were super helpful and worked incredibly hard, despite the extreme heat. They made what is usually a stressful day completely hassle-free.

Our moving team were Ben and Leighton. They were extremely professional, helpful and kind.
They were also very industrious and took surprisingly few breaks.
After what has been a very stressful move for us it was a pleasure and a relief to have a team who delivered well beyond what we were expecting.
It’s hard to think of any way they could have been better.

I would highly recommend Elite move and also to say how wonderful the guys were on both move days - very professional and genuinely seemed to care about everything and nothing was too much trouble. They worked tirelessly and how they managed some of heavy items I still don’t know as Ive had two delivery people struggle with the stairs since.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved and thank you for being flexible when our move date was uncertain.
All was packed securely and furniture was placed in the correct rooms and beds disassembled/assembled, we had storage for about 5 weeks as our move date got delayed.
A huge part of the stress of moving was reduced and I would definitely use Elite again in the future.

Elite Move was recommended to me as the removals company for my own move to a new apartment. I had a good and informative initial contact with Joy in the office and then had a visit from David so he could assess the volume of items to be moved and also give me full details of the process. Everything went extremely smoothly, with minimal stress. The men all did an excellent job and really cared about the items that they were packing and moving. They were all polite and considerate and worked really hard with few breaks. My move was particularly challenging, since it involved taking everything down 51 stairs without a lift, but not one of them complained - and extra 'porters' had been engaged to help with this transfer of the boxes, so it was all well-managed. It took two days to pack and move and one day to offload into the new place (they did not unpack the boxes). I appreciated that Elite Move returned to collect the flat-packed boxes and packing paper for re-use. Best of all, nothing has been broken in the move - well done Elite Move!
