We recently used West Somerset Removals for our move, after living in our home for 36 years, so it was a big and emotional step for us. Jonathan and Marie made the whole experience so much easier and calmer than we expected.
From the first meeting West Somerset Removals were incredibly professional, organised and reassuring. When our exchange didn’t happen when it was supposed to, Jonathan and Marie were completely understanding and flexible, which took a huge amount of stress away.
They also provided us with plenty of boxes, tape and wrapping paper, and every time I asked for more they happily brought them along without any fuss.
On moving day, West Somerset Removals handled everything carefully quickly and efficiently.
A couple of weeks later they even came back to collect the empty boxes once we’d unpacked, which was great.
If you’re looking for a removals company that is professional, reliable and genuinely caring, we would highly recommend West Somerset Removals. Jonathan and Marie made what could have been a very stressful move feel calm and well looked after.Read more

Brilliant work Jonathan. I'm quite a (ok, very..) pedantic customer and I have to say these guys made our move stress free. They knew the process and gave guidance on when to book so that we wouldnt loose our deposit. They turned up early and got straight to work, apart from a few coffees, which igave them, they didn't stop. Genuinely nice guys and very respectful of our property and items. They went over and above our expectations by moving some extra items and doing an extra run, just to help reduce the stress. I was so impressed I gave them a decent bonus as they just simply.got in with it. No hassle, no stress, no problem. Highly recommend.

Had a house clearence of a few big, awkward inside furniture items, massive treadmill, garage things and some normal old household bits to. The team are so efficient, quick, and lovely to work with. Covers laid down to protect your house/things. Everythings explained clearly and kindly.
Definitely will be asking them for help again.

Absolutely fantastic experience with West Somerset Removals. They came back with the most competetive quote, when I started the stressful process of moving. Once moving day arrived, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again.
