Asked for a quote, spoke to someone on the phone, sent a detailed video of my flat showing furniture etc. The person (can't remember his name, think it was Ben?). said he thought the quote had been sent, then said he'd send it as soon as he was back in the office, then boom. Nothing at all. Not heard a peep since.

I recently used Sterling Moves for my move and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled all my belongings with the care, and delivered everything perfectly safe. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. These guys were brilliant from start to finish, it took the stress out of our 4 bedroom house move. There management team were quick and responsive. I will definitely be using them again. Their prices are fair and our stuff got from A to B in a professional way. Thank you so much!

Amazing service, couldn’t recommend these guys enough. No other moving company I’ve been with has been so efficient, and the value for money is excellent! Not to mention how patient they were with my disabled son. Overall, these guys are the real deal.

Excellent service and value from Ben and his team, led by Nathan in our case. Ben responded swiftly to the initial inquiry and we arranged for him to do a survey for the quote. Once we had accepted the quote they guided us through their process (ordering of boxes from their preferred supplier etc). We had a few large items for disposal and they were able to accommodate that as well. Even when the builders had left us with a mountain of builder's materials they agreed to remove that before the move, which was a great relief. We had lots of stairs down the old flat and up to the new flat, but no one complained, instead they organised the stairs cleverly into sections between them and made it look easy. Easily the best moving experience I have had, I can only recommend Ben and team.
