An absolutely TERRIBLE moving experience (Careless handling, rushed job, and poor professionalism), and I will never book any services from this company again!!!
Paid £276.70 for a 4-hour booking with packing services, but received perfunctory and careless handling. The mover didn't even check the booking details for packing materials until shown the invoice. He jammed my curved monitor into a box without foam or protective wrap, piled fragile items haphazardly, forgot items under the bed until prompted, left bedding behind, forced my friend to help unload, and rushed off in 2.5 hours without any signature check or walkthrough. Completely unacceptable service.

The movers did a good job and listened to me. The price of service makes Hellovans very competitive compared to other third parties. However, I found there was a lot of miscommunication among various members of staff. I was asked for the addresses something like 6 times, even multiple times in the same chat, and on collection day. I had an antique bureau that the movers were made aware of from the start but when it came to moving day they said they “had not been made aware a wrap was needed”. Again, I am happy with the work the guys did, and they ended up sorting something out to make sure my furniture was safe. The guys were also late by 30 mins, but I was their last appointment of the day so that could have been due to a whole range of things.
Better communication among the Hellovans team would have taken this to 5 stars.

The driver and his assistant did a good job in general. Just giving four stars and not five because the driver promised me to recycle my old office chair but he did not. He left it on the side of my new house. I have discovered it later, after he already left. My friend who lives in the house, has his own tip there as he expects it to be taken away. The driver should have asked me about it, though, first, if he wanted to leave it there. I had to arrange it with my friend separately.

Fantastic service. We've moved house from North Wembley to Thornton Heath, so quite a long journey. The guys did amazing and handled all of our belongings with care.
Matt was the person I spoke to on the phone regarding confirmation, I believe he was the driver. I don't remember the other two gentlemen's name unfournately, but I believe they're one constant team. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Two polite and friendly guys from Latvia turned up, who were very considerate about what I wanted, how to secure delicate items and where to place things in the new home.
They took great care of my stuff and I also noticed that they took care not to knock into walls or doors.
I was worried I might have to pay for an extra hour, but no, they worked in an efficient way, and finished well ahead of time.
Greatly recommended.

I have texts message to prove. I used this company and left a honest review about being asked to pay forcs9mething when it was already included in the prize. The driver started messaging me over and over again. With threatening behaviour when asked to stop and I ringing tge customers they laughed at me and refused to accept what was happening. They keep getting my post deleted by say8ng it's harmful but it's not it's honest. Please don't use this company they will damaged things as well. If this gets removed the Google reviews should not be trusted either l.
