I have texts message to prove. I used this company and left a honest review about being asked to pay forcs9mething when it was already included in the prize. The driver started messaging me over and over again. With threatening behaviour when asked to stop and I ringing tge customers they laughed at me and refused to accept what was happening. They keep getting my post deleted by say8ng it's harmful but it's not it's honest. Please don't use this company they will damaged things as well. If this gets removed the Google reviews should not be trusted either l.

Excellent service from Hello Vans. I was paranoid my stuff wouldn’t fit in a panel van so upgraded to a Luton last minute. Phillip and his helper whose name I can’t recall made short work of packing the van, taking just 45 minutes to get everything carefully packed. We were unpacked just as quickly at my new place. Because I was forced to pay for a minimum of 4 hours with the Luton, the guys kindly assembled my new flat packed sofa, bed and bedside table, and still finished in under the four hours. Will definitely use again in future if I have to move again.

Had an amazing experience with Shaheed and his colleague! We were quite anxious about our first move ever in the UK but the guys were so helpful and efficient and I like to think we moved in record time because of them. 👏🏽

I moved from Leeds to London. The qppointment was delayed, but by the time the van arrived everything was done quickly. Shahid and Zafer were very careful and got the job done quickly and effectively.

Everything went absolutely fine. The team of three (with two vans) was very kind and handled the furniture and boxes very carefully. This was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Hellovans. Thanks a lot!

Really good service. Booked pretty last minute (2 days before). Really reasonable price. Moving guys came bang on time, absolutely spot on with their service etc. Probably took them about 1hr 30 to clear the furniture from out 2 bed flat, an hour and a bit drive to the drop off location, then unpacked at the other end. The service went over by half an hour from the three hours we had booked. We were only charged for the half hour they'd gone over by, which was great.
We would definitely use again - took all the lugging out of it for us, removed lots of stress and saved us lots of time.
