The goods delayed and I had to chase to get exact ETA. It appeared I was being a bother by asking legitimately for the ETA, per the response I got. Clients should not be chasing for ETAs when there is a delay. The company should be proactive. What’s more worrying is that the arrived goods were not intact. Between collection from my home to sealing by the company, someone opened and took some stuff out. The company refused to address this issue when I communicated it to them and had to go all the way to their office, which did not yield any better result. One delivery also did not make it to the door as they claim this is a door-to-door service. The heavy barrel was left by the roadside and the car sped off, so we had to rely on other people to help get the barrel to the house manually. Use their service at your own risk.

I am very dissatisfied with Nananom Shipping Company. They collected my items on 23 December 2025, but delivery to Ghana was only completed on 21 and 22 March, taking almost three months.
In addition to the excessive delay, my items were mishandled during transit. Some arrived damaged, and others were missing entirely.
Because of this poor experience, I will avoid using this shipping company in the future and would not recommend their services to anyone.

Used once and probably use again in the future .
The company came to collect in London and deliver in Accra Ghana ( door to door services)
Boxes came safely
Took about 6 weeks to arrive .
Point to be improve : communication about each status of the shipping . I had to reach them to have updates .

Fantastic service, very professional and helpful. Recently started using this service and I wish I had known them from Adam. The service is very impressive. My goods landed safely in Kumasi all intact. Received an update at every stage in the process . Keep up with the good works Nananom .....
