The company didnt come to my property in person to provide a quote and instead relied on photos I sent over. This then led to issues with the number of items we wanted moving being underestimated and not enough vans being sent. The original quote was for 1 3.5T luton when the actual move barely fit the items into 2.
This issue aside the team were fantastic. After the initial problem, fast communication with the office meant various bookings they had were reorganised to free up a second van for our move. The 3 chaps moving the items were efficient and handled all items with care. We went with the packing option and all our items were packed to a high standard and furniture items were wrapped for protection. We have encountered no damages so far during unpacking.
I dont want the stress of having to move house again, but If I did I would use ZEDZ again!



- one of their staff has a racist tirade in my living room
- unclear around when which bits of payment are rendered
- assured unpacking was included in the service over the phone, this was not the case
- realised things were broken 48 hours after service rendered but their policy says anything reported needs to be done same day
All in all would avoid. Don't let them convince you otherwise
