I used Zedz Removals on 15th May for my house move from the Banstead area in Surrey to Oxfordshire, and I honestly could not have asked for a better removals company.
From my very first enquiry, the team were professional, helpful, reassuring and very clear about what to expect. That clear communication made such a difference, as it meant there were no surprises or confusion on moving day.
On the day itself, three incredibly respectful, friendly and hardworking gentlemen arrived. Before starting, they walked through everything with me, took the time to listen, and gently explained how the next few hours would work. As a 71-year-old pensioner moving on my own, I was feeling quite overwhelmed, but their calm, kind and organised approach immediately helped me feel reassured.
They worked non-stop, carefully wrapping my furniture, appliances and belongings in protective wrap. Every item was treated with real care, as though it was fragile and important. What stood out most was their attention to detail. At my new home, they again walked through the property with me to check exactly where I wanted everything placed. They noticed the house had been freshly painted and made an outstanding effort to get everything inside without causing any marks or damage.
One small detail really stayed with me: they would not even lean a mirror against the wall without placing bubble wrap behind it to protect the paintwork. That level of care says everything about their standards.
They were patient, considerate and cheerful throughout, even when I asked several times for a very heavy sofa to be moved just a couple of inches until it was in the right place. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
Moving house can be extremely stressful, but these three gentlemen made the whole experience feel calm, personal and even enjoyable. Everything worked like clockwork, there were no breakages, and I felt truly looked after from start to finish.

I would absolutely use them again — although hopefully not too soon, as I would quite like to settle into my new home for a while!
