We were looking to move at very short notice and called B W Removals hoping but not expecting that they would have availability. John was so helpful and understanding and found availability for us. Unfortunately our completion date later shifted to a day that they couldn't do, but John's customer service was excellent and even though we sadly didn't get to use B W, I would recommend them on this basis.

December 24 housemove.
John and his colleagues were very helpful and flexible with our reent housemove just before Christmas 2024. Although we were only able to give them 3 days notice before completion, due to problems with confirming our exchange date, our move still went ahead as planned. John was understanding and accommodating in a very stressful situation making the day much more bearable.
A very good service at a very reasonable rate. Excellent service . Would recommend!

Can't thank John and his colleague John enough for taking time out today at short notice (on a Sunday) to help move our kitchen utensils and furniture to our new home. All done at a very competitive price too. We will be calling them again for sure.

John and his team did a fantastic job moving us. From start to finish John kept good communications and was direct with us about all costs, which were very reasonable considering we were not moving locally but out to another county. Even though access to both our old and new property was awkward, we did not hear one complaint from any of the team and they were very pleasant and amiable the whole time. They handled the whole move professionally and efficiently and handled all of our belongings with care, being careful to place everything in the rooms we wanted them in. I Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

John and his help were on time and we were all packed and ready to move in 4 hours.
Then we had a 4 hour wait for the solicitor to sort the money chain out. The guys took this in their stride and moved us into the new property in what was now the Friday evening.
I would have no problem recommending John to anyone moving home area covered by BW.
