Excellent service and removals for my dad. We were let down by another company and this company stepped up urgently for us and completed our move. Highly recommended!

I would recommend John and his team to others because of their friendly and efficient service.
John came around to our house before quoting us and answered all of our queries. The cost of removal was reasonable and there were no hidden costs. John was upfront about everything. The team arrived at the agreed time and quickly removed the contents of our house into the lorry.
He provided us with boxes with a rail inside for the clothes we had hanging in the fitted wardrobes. This was much easier than packing clothes into boxes as we simply just lifted them straight into the fitted wardrobes at the other end and returned the boxes to John.
The only very minor negative was that they didn’t use any protective sheeting for the floor but I'm not sure if other companies would have either as it was a dry day so no footprints. If hiring them it may be worth asking if they can provide this or keeping some dust sheets to hand if it's a wet day (unless this causes a trip hazard?!).

Fantastic service from John and Michael and a very competitive price. They were quick and efficient and I was very impressed how they took great care of my large indoor plants which were a bit of a challenge to move to my new house. Nothing was damaged. I would definitely use this removal company again if needed and I highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations.

I was let down by a removal company with 1 week before our planned move. I rang around local removal companies in my area without success.
On my 11th attempt I came across BW Removals. Our cottage did not have brilliant access and involved tricky stairs inside and steps outside.
John came around the next day and suggested a variety of options. To him these problems could be sorted.
He and his team worked incredibly hard on a hot day and we moved without any delay or hiccup.
All credit to John for his professionalism and planning, helped reduce the anxiety and he rearranged other things to fit us in.

This Removal Company is very reliable, with competitive rates. John is very efficient in running his business, with honesty, politeness, friendliness and humour. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used this Company for the 4th time now and trust them. I would not use any other Company to move me.
