Intransit Removals recently moved us from a cottage in a narrow lane to a 3 storey townhouse. We have a lot of furniture and it was agreed to carry out the job over 2 days. Everything went smoothly and ALL the team were very hard working and professional. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Intransit Removals. Keep up the good work guys !! The Welbourns.

Derek and his team were excellent. There was great communication from the get go - in fact, 2 hours after confirming the job on the phone Derek dropped off boxes and packing materials as we were doing the packing ourselves. On the day his team were very helpful, polite and worked quickly to load up and then unpack at the new house, including delicately moving a very heavy piano up and down steps. I would highly recommend Intransit and am grateful we chose them to do the job!

Had to move at fairly short notice and with a LOT of stuff.
Derek came round to actually look at what needed moving (something no other company bothered with) and got back to us very promptly with a quote which was more than reasonable.
On moving day, the team turned up on time and got the house cleared and everything loaded onto the truck in around two hours!!
Steve, the driver, kept us informed the whole time (it was an overnight job as moving a couple of hundred miles away) and gave us an estimate of when he was expecting to be at the new house.
He somehow managed to back a 12 1/2 ton truck onto the drive and he and the team got everything unloaded and put into the correct rooms - again all done very quickly and efficiently.
I have to point out that despite having some very fragile items, nothing was damaged at all and the team took great care to avoid scuffing walls etc. They put carpet protectors down throughout the house at both ends and were friendly, courteous and cheerful.
I can't recommend Intransit highly enough - their service is second-to-none, pricing is reasonable but also realistic (being based on actually looking at what's being moved rather than guesswork) and they're some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Would definitely use again.Read more

We have just moved from a large 5 bedroom house to a smaller 4 bedroom property within the same area. We had a lot of things, including tricky access but Derek and his team worked extremely hard to get everything in to the new property at 5pm and they were extremely polite and couldn’t do enough for us. I wouldn’t have a problem recommending Intransit for moving house to anybody that I know. Thanks for all of the hard work!

Derek and his team facilitated our move to mid Wales, using 6 of his staff and three vehicles over a three day period. All of his team were very professional, happy and extremely careful with our belongings. We had absolutely no damages to any of our possessions. If I was to move again then I would have no hesitation whatsoever to use Intransit again. I would strongly recommend using Intransit.

If you value your possessions and property, don't. Just don't!
They wrap nothing (pictures, mirrors, valuable pieces of furniture etc). They stack king size mattresses on top of boxes clearly marked 'fragile'. They drop TVs. They knocked down an entrance pillar to our driveway which was witnessed by a neighbour (damage can be clearly seen) but stood it back up and Derek denied it happened. The lads were nice and hard-working but they did have a shouting match in the middle of our street with f and c words flying about. To top it all off, they completely wrecked our American fridge. Totally ruined. No doubt the response from the owner will be suitably scathing but all of the above is absolutely true.
