They were late on the day of moving with no phone call to say they were on their way. They ended up taking things we were going to dispose of ourselves when we made it clear not to put it on the van. We discovered not long after moving that my bed frame was broken during transit and they never bothered to send a claims form as it was past the point of repair. I wouldn’t go with Patchett’s again, they came across as careless with our belongings which has caused me to spend a lot of money to replace things they broke.

A big thank you and shout out to Patchetts for helping us move last weekend. Their professional and friendly team worked so hard and made everything as smooth and stressfree as possible. They provided all the boxes and packing material we needed. There was no need to empty drawers, and clothes were transfered from our wardrobe straight onto rails for transport and then into wardrobes at the new house. Honestly can't imagine what chaos it would have been doing it ourselves. Highly recommend them if you are moving 🏡

Hired Patchett’s for the second time Friday the 6th of May to take care of our property when making our latest move.
Once again the service was excellent and they provided me with a very competitive price. Patchett’s are a local family run business and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism.
Every member of the team from the boss Gavin to the office staff and the removal team were courteous and extremely helpful and I send them all a big thank you.
I’m not intending a 6th move now I’m settled but if I were to I would only consider one company and that is Patchett’s, thank you very much.

We have used Patchett’s in our last 3 house moves and they have been fantastic every time. Nothing is too much trouble and they keep you well stocked with boxes and supplies. I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Moved from Hutton to Billericay. Not only were they the cheapest quote of 5 companies we asked, but Mr Patchett Snr himself came to quote. A lovely bloke. The guys were really helpful providing extra packing stuff when we asked. On the big day, our move was held up a few hours. Again the guys were great and when we eventually got the keys they had unloaded and re-assembled all our furniture within three hours, finishing in the evening with no complaints at all. They were recommended to me and I really recommend them.
