Leaving this review a little late as we moved last year but it’s testament to how impressed I was with Careline that I’m leaving this review a year later! Careline dealt with our move to Dubai last summer and the whole move was seamless. Annette in particular was absolutely wonderful and kept us updated all the way. She had huge amounts of patience with my forgetting to fill in forms etc and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of our items arrived in the same condition they left the UK and on time. Careline made moving to another country an absolute breeze and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We decided to use Careline after a very positive experience having used them to move my mother in law from London to Belfast. We were also making the same move and having seen the professionalism of this company already, it was a no brainer to use them too.
The move was super smooth. From beginning to end, everything was so organised , extra boxes or changes to what we were taking, it was never a problem. Updated estimates were always provided promptly as were responses to email queries. The movers themselves were professional,friendly and helpful .
All considered, a very professional and positive experience.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stress free move.

We were very happy with the service provided - from initial consultation to final delivery of our belongings. I cannot fault the communication from you & your team. You explained everything clearly and answered all queries quickly (and patiently for the more obvious questions:) ).
The collection team were prompt and wrapped everything very securely. They loaded very quickly & supplied us with a detailed inventory. They were friendly & polite and so easy to deal with.
Same for delivery team in Ireland. Our belongings were delivered exactly on schedule and unloaded with care and attention. Again the team were friendly & polite.
We found the final price to be very good value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend Careline.

I would highly recommend Careline for an overseas move! I worked with Annette who was extremely kind, efficient, and professional in helping me move my stuff from London to the Cayman Islands. The guys who helped pack my things in London were also fantastic! Upon arriving to Cayman, I received all of my stuff quickly with no issues. Thanks again 😊

Have to say a huge Thank You to the teams at Careline.
James was out 1st contact and he was fantastic , knowledgeable and helpful.
The we dealt with Louise & Sarah,these ladies were superb and guided us through the move and the shipping of a car.
Everything was so professional and all went smoothly.
The team in Ireland then took over and were also fantastic.
We were met by Dave and then a gentleman called Pat who moved us into storage.nothing was too much trouble to for Pat.he was fabulous
Moving is such a scary thing to do.
However the teams at Careline were truly excellent at their jobs and we are forever grateful to them for taking us through this process..

Careline themselves were fantastic, the team online and on the ground on moving day were all incredibly helpful and effective. This unfortunately stopped the moment it left the UK, Careline’s choice of partner in Australia have been absolutely appalling- delay after delay, awful communications and vague excuses. If moving within the UK or with Careline end to end I’d highly recommend them - If moving to/from Australia then I’d look elsewhere.
