Excellent service.
From the initial contact, the team ensured we received regular updates both in the UK and at our destination. They provided clear instructions on what was needed from us, making the process straightforward.
Annette in the UK was fantastic—she was highly responsive and kept us well-informed throughout.
The team were efficient and professional.
Abroad, we were updated regularly on the location of our items, its transit and the custom process.
Overall, we were very happy with the service and would highly recommend Careline moving and storage for shipping items.

Our experience was excellent throughout. All of our belongings arrived on time and in the same condition as they were sent. The movers on both ends were helpful, friendly and efficient, and the customer service representatives were very helpful in the application stage, particularly with our questions around customs. The quote was very competitive when compared to other companies we contacted. We will certainly be recommending Careline to anyone we know moving from London back to Ireland.

Very professional company from first contact through visit and further documentation through to the move and onward delivery of my furniture.
Moving from the UK back home to Ireland is NOT easy: particularly thanks to bl**dy Brexit! But if you’re going to do it you need Louise and Sarah in Careline on your side: they prepare all the information required by Revenue so that your personal effects don’t get slapped with import fees! They are absolutely fabulous and when you get a bit emotional that things are insurmountable they slap on their superhero cloaks to save the day!
Don’t go with another company: I got quotes from a few and nobody but Careline took the customs bit seriously.

I recently used Careline Moving & Storage UK Ltd for my move from London to South Italy, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care of all my belongings. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The process was smooth from start to finish, and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them for any international move!

We moved from London back to Ireland and were really happy with the service that Careline provided and would certainly recommend them to anyone doing the same move. Everyone—on both the Irish and the UK side—was very friendly and accommodating with the packaging and made things feel easy in what was otherwise a stressful enough time. Louise and her colleagues were also really clear on what was required in terms of documentation for clearing customs and responded promptly to all emails throughout the process. An excellent service all round.

Careline removals was absolutely amazing from start to finish, the care they took was second to none from doing all the paperwork, collecting the furniture, storage to delivery, it was seamless.
The cost of all of this was also very competitive.
The collection guys and also the delivery guys were so professional and took a lot of care with our household goods.
I would also like to make a special comment about Sarah Davis, she was so patient with me in answering all my questions and getting the customs paperwork done for me, also helping me out with trying to get the cars through the VRT, we are nearly there now, just waiting on the Irish revenue to do the last bit for the number plate registration.
I would recommend the company to anyone that needs to move house, 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 awarded.
