Excellent service from start to finish! The whole experience was seamless and professional. The office support was outstanding, and moving to Ireland would have been incredibly stressful without all their help and guidance.
A special thank you to Sarah, who really supported me through the TOR process, which felt very daunting at first. She made everything clear and manageable. Louse was also excellent throughout the process . Their responses were so quick which was very reassuring
The removal team were fast, efficient, and extremely helpful on the day. The shipment was handled quickly and arrived within just a few days, which was fantastic.

I would not hesitate to recommend Careline. In particular, the office staff have been so helpful - knowledgeable, reassuring and always very responsive. And the guys who collected and delivered our belongings have all been great - polite, friendly and efficient. We couldn't have wished for a better removals service to help us through the complicated and potentially stressful process of moving from the UK to Ireland.

I had an excellent experience with Careline recently when I moved between England & Ireland. The staff were really quick with answering questions and very helpful in respect of all aspects of the move from logistics to all of the HMRC requirements. The employees who carried out the move itself were lovely and super speedy while Ingrida and Alan were always available for customer service. I would definitely recommend Careline for a move and will be using them again in future.

We used Careline Moving and Storage to move our furniture and belongings from South West London, UK to Dubai, UAE.
The service was great, starting off with a virtual assessment of our flat to get a quote based on how many items we would be moving and the size of container needed.
The price was competitive, infact it was the best price we managed to find from a reputable company. To get the price down to something we were happy with, we had to remove a few items that were easy to buy again for cheap in the UAE that took up a lot of space. My tip is, you're paying for space taken up not so much for weight (so dining room chairs are more expensive to transfer than say, a flat screen TV).
We paid to have our items transferred door to door, via sea in 6 - 12 weeks and everything arrived, in the same condition it was sent, in exactly 9 weeks.
One small word of warning; Once the items are packed and shipped from the UK, Careline (and any other mover you use) will need to use a partner on the receiving side. The Partner we worked with in the UAE was called OCS and they were just as good as Careline in terms of service and delivery but there is an element that is out of the UK movers control once it reaches their designated partner so it would be a good idea to ask who the partner is at your destination so you can check their credentials.
Overall, Careline were great. Professional and well priced at every step, great for communication via email and phone and followed up regularly to ensure the destination partner was performing as expected.Read more

I had a really good experience with Careline recently - moving between England & Ireland. I found them to be competitively priced (I got quotes from 3 companies), the staff were really quick with answering questions & very helpful. The employees who loaded & unloaded my things were all very pleasant, helpful & speedy! All of my belongings arrived undamaged, so that was great - although I did pack 99% of the stuff myself! I would definitely recommend Careline for a move!

Leaving this review a little late as we moved last year but it’s testament to how impressed I was with Careline that I’m leaving this review a year later! Careline dealt with our move to Dubai last summer and the whole move was seamless. Annette in particular was absolutely wonderful and kept us updated all the way. She had huge amounts of patience with my forgetting to fill in forms etc and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of our items arrived in the same condition they left the UK and on time. Careline made moving to another country an absolute breeze and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
