Wow our move was incredible. 6 guys came and loaded the truck in just over an hour and then next day Faz and Baz came to Norfolk and unloaded. We had some tricky items Including a Pelton tread and a big American fridge freezer which were heavy and difficult to get in our new home. Nothing was too much trouble for Faz and Baz they are a real credit to Easy Move. Would thoroughly recommend!

I recently moved home and I have to say there’s not much care goes into the boxes or containers. My single bed had holes in it and I sent photos of the damage and I got told I should have contacted them after 7 days which would have been Boxing Day. Only when my carpets arrived we started noticing the damage caused. I still have around another 30 boxes to open so hopefully I don’t find any more. I had a large glass tank and I emptied the water out for safety and it was smashed and nobody told me only my husband seen and let me know. I feel I should have been told on the day about the damage but nobody told me. Also, I got a price before I agreed to go with them which was more expensive on the day of payment, when I mentioned why it had gone up so much I was told VAT which I thought was already added. I wouldn’t use easy move again if I ever moved home again.

First class service from all of the team at Easymove. Our house move to Rossendale was challenging from start to finish, with delays to the house completion and also involved negotiations difficult access and a long walk from the van on a slippery path! The team took it all in stride and were absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much!

Absolutely brilliant service today from Andy and Darren. They never stopped from 9am until 5pm and against all odds, at the very end of the day, negotiated a tricky staircase to get both large wardrobes upstairs into our new home without having to dismantle them.

It has now been one week since we used easymove and the dust is starting to settle.
What a great team, service, experience
Faz, Baz, Sam and Jordan where spot on.
They worked so hard and didn't stop...
Even when they new they had a long drive back.
Would fully recommend to use this great service, team, company
