Cannot praise this company highly enough. After a number of delays due to buyers pulling out at last minute, we found them approachable, accomodating and very happy to cause as little stress as possible, even after moving the date about 10 times. The name EASYMOVE says it all REALLY . So after a delay of almost 5 months from our original move date, they turned up on the day prepared to make the transition to our new home a smooth one. We found their team of 4 guys to be courteous, helpful beyond measure, light hearted and a pleasure to have in our home. Nothing was too much bother, they even wrapped our mattresses, sofas, tv's without being asked. At the other end, the new house had a tight entrance so the Van was unable to get down the drive, but they didn't; even raise an eyebrow as to how far they had to carry everything. They moved boxes and furniture efficiently between them and everything made it to their new home orderly and without damage. On their suggestion, as we were about to start renovations they took some items into storage, at a very reasonable cost which again saved a lot of stress for us. Would not think twice about using them again or recommending to anyone. Top team of guys giving top notch service. Made our move the easiest I've ever encountered by far and there have been many. Would I recommend Easymove – NO, what an absolute fiasco
Tony came to our property to do the quote and checked that the vehicle would be able to access the property and he said it would. He asked if there would be any problems at the new property to which my husband said he didn’t think so as service vehicles can access it ok and it has only just been built and building trucks of all shapes & sizes didn’t have any problem.
Removal day arrived & they turned up with a 40’ rigid vehicle that couldn’t get into our drive so everything had to be loaded up on the road.
When we arrived at our new home their vehicle couldn’t access the narrow lane, after a few hours and getting nowhere they returned after taking a mattress & some bedding out for us to sleep on and said they would come back the next day.
They turned up the next day with the original vehicle and two smaller vans and offloaded everything from the big van into two smaller ones at the end of the road & brought it up to the house. This cost an additional £500 cash or £600 inc. vat. As we had not option, they had all our belongings we had to pay up.
They don’t use mattress covers and one of our mattresses looks like someone has walked all over it and the marks won’t come off. There were a few breakages but also a missing item.
Tony the owner’s view is that everything was our fault and won’t take any responsibility for his lack of communication with regard to the type of vehicle. Everyone that we have spoken to say didn’t he do his homework on access, obviously not & it’s easier to blame someone else. It’s a waste of time trying to argue with him he’s got an answer for everything.
Overall, this cost came in higher than any of the other removal companies that we received quotes from.Read more

Appalling company. Paid for their packing and removal service. They left multiple items in the property and refused to correct their mistake. Tried to blame us for not being present to check they had packed everything, no accountability whatsoever. They claim to give you seven days to raise any issues but dismiss out of hand when you do. Outright refused to own their mistakes, show contrition or make any attempt to rectify. Avoid at all costs, use at your peril.

Would use again and will recommend. 9/12/23 08:30 appointment. Arrived on time and very efficient. Andy and his co-worker got straight to work clearing everything out of my old property to the new property. They handled all my items carefully and even helped box some of the remaining smaller items.

We can only say a massive thank you to EasyMove for all their help when we recently moved home. Tony went above and beyond to fit us in after a number of delays with the legal process and at the last minute he arranged for some of his team to come in on Saturday morning to move us in. On the day, Darren and Faz were brilliant, they worked really hard and we had all our furniture and the numerous boxes in our new home by 11. After all the delays and stress, it was great to find a company that actually did what they said they would, highly recommended
