I was holding off writing this review but my last communication with Tony the manager was in November, I had already chased with emails and calls and have obviously just been left with the damage. Tony couldn't make the in person visit prior to my move so we settled for a last minute video call. I was advices to get bubble wrap for my large standing mirror which I did and I carefully packaged it. I carefully packed all home items with packing paper and bubble wrap aside from the large items he told adviced me to leave as they had sheets and knew how to pack in the van. I paid extra for a takeaway down/ put up of a solid wood wardrobe and two beds. The men on the day were lovely, arrived promptly and made the removal feel stress free. I did watch them drop a large drill and damage the flooring of the house but it was too late to do anything and I'm aware accidents happen. On the day there was a short delay in key collection so they took it up on themselves to turn up at my new house and gain access themselves without me being there, I wasn't told this was going to happen. They very quickly unpacked most of the items before I'd arrived then dashed off for an early finished. As I was unpackaging I realised multiple small (well wrapped in bubble wrap) items had been smashed, as well as damage to multiple large items like my solid wood wardrobe, large leaner mirror, bedside table and drinks trolley. I emailed within a couple of days details of the damage along with photos. I've had phone conversations with Tony where he protects himself, offers temporary solutions but then doesn't put solutions into action and just disappears. He tried to blame speed bumps/ road services on route, passed liability to me because I'd wrapped the mirror - despite him advising this initially and he blamed the fact the pieces were old. Outstanding service yet again from Tony and the guys at Easy Move. Nothing is ever too much trouble and everything is done with care and consideration. A work around was quickly found when unexpected highway works appeared outside our new house on removals day. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Very short notice booking and they managed to fit us in. Faz & Baz turned up on time in the morning, packed everything in the van within a couple of hours and then waited for the call. They arrived around half an hour after we received the keys and unloaded everything and all with a smile. Couldn't have done this move without them. Really grateful to the company and will be recommending to anyone moving in the future

I booked at such short notice and easymove managed to fit me in at a great price.
The van showed up on time and the team of 3 were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were all polite, friendly and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever experienced. I can’t praise them enough. There was also a big delay getting my keys but even this was dealt with so nicely and in a professional way.
It has made a very stressful last minute house move so much easier. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
