These people cost me £10,000s worth of hours of time in complaints and caused us so much stress that has really cost our health, wellbeing, and sanity.
N.B. The 'quality standards' organization that they have on their website, BAR, are a sham and in cahoots with Eagle.
They do not maintain standards, they don't enforce codes of conduct, they do not even make Eagle pay after the Ombudsman.

Even with a pre-survey stating the correct volume, the removal team had the wrong volume on their paperwork, which lead to overrun in packing/loading time and requesting an additional van at the last minute late in the day.
I appreciate that i moved at a peak time of year, but Eagle had to contract staff to assist on 2 out of the 3 days which meant a lack of experience, consistency and quality control for agency staff on adhoc jobs.
On all 3 days the team turned up late. On one of the days the team were half an hour into their departure from the warehouse and had to go back as they forgot the clothes boxes.
On arrival of my container, there was a lack of correct paperwork which was due from UK side (assumed to be from warehouse), leading to a delay in receiving my goods.
On opening my goods, multiple (about 40%) of my boxes were labelled incorrectly and in some instances, quite blatantly incorrect, ie. 'ironing board' labelled on a small box.
Lastly a couple of minor items were missing, and when questioning the move coordinator, she simply said 'you have confirmed receipt of all your boxes'.Read more
