I found the experience of dealing with Griffin Transport to move a piano a very positive one. From the initial contact I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous and they produced my quote very quickly. In terms of the guys who moved my piano, they were very efficient and nothing was a problem for them, happily tweaking the piano position to how I wanted it! As importantly, they were very respectful and courteous and took great care of my property, not just the piano but ensuring that there was protective floor covering for the move. They were a pleasure to deal with!

We bought a piano at auction in the UK. We were unable to take the piano at the time so it was put into storage by Griffin Transport for over a year. When our home in Italy was completed we arranged to have the piano delivered. All went very well. The piano was well cared for during its storage period and the delivery people were professional and timely. I hope not to ever need to buy a piano again but if the occasion should arise I would not hesitate to use Griffin Transport services. One happy customer here.

Used Griffin Transport to transport a piano and to remove one other. It was easy to arrange and the response was very prompt. We were allocated a time slot and contacted in advance of arrival.
Both the transport and removal were completed effectively and efficiently. The guys certainly knew what they were doing.

These guys are pros! They know how to move a big grand piano (Steinway model D) by crane into first floor sitting room. They were so careful, safety conscious and worked together as the perfect team. We’ve trusted them to move big pianos before and we would trust them again. On top of all of that, they are nice chaps, real gentlemen.
