Griffin was a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Marjon meticulously planned the international transport from our piano from start to finish, and it arrived to us in perfect condition and earlier than expected. The delivery team was very efficient and professional, and the leader helped us position the piano in the room correctly to optimise the sound. Great service all round - excellent communication and pre planning, and on the day they got a large piano into a small house via steps and narrow hallway with amazing speed and professionalism.

Very professional and efficient logistics service. The process was clearly explained by email before my piano was delivered. The delivery slot was communicated in advance and options for different dates were provided. The delivery team made three flights of stairs with no lift look very easy and they were very friendly about it! Thank you very much. Would highly recommend.
