Brilliant job yesterday moving our home contents into storage while my wife and I relocate to Norfolk but have a delay on our new home.

Brilliant service from start to finish, all staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Nothing was too much and it was the most straightforward move we’ve had, all thanks to Britannia. The quote was very reasonable and being able to move from a Northamptonshire to west Wales over 2 days was really helpful. Thank you very much!

I had a video quote and I was very explicit about the weight and volume of what needed to be packed. However when the guys turned up on the first day they ran out of boxes by mid afternoon which was not very satisfactory. The second day of packing I helped them pack the books as otherwise they would not have finished. I don't believe they took enough care of my possessions and I don't think wrapping fragile and breakable objects in paper is sufficient - previously when I have moved fragile and breakable objects have been wrapped in bubblewrap. As I was going away on holiday straight after I moved I could not fully unpack everything and have since discovered a couple of broken ornaments and pictures with broken glass. We had to leave some outdoor pots behind as there wasn't room on the vehicle which again was not very satisfactory. The guys worked hard to load and unload - and I helped them unload some boxes to make it quicker so they could get back home and I could start unpacking. Overall the video quote process I don't believe was satisfactory and the packing process also was rushed and not done with the right packing materials. I also find it strange to be contacted 5 months after the move for a review. I would have thought this would have been a quicker process.Read more

They just parked front of the our restaurant and crew was so rude and swearing to us even their parking wasn’t legal
