The crew (Chris and Jamie), arrived on time and explained what they would do. After that they were like a pair of whirling dervishes and before you knew it they had finished. On day two it was exactly the same, a very efficient pair of hard workers. We all travelled to our destination and as soon as they arrived, they set to unloading and unpacking and putting together bed and wardrobes.
An excellent crew who were friendly and helpful.
Britannia have an excellent pair of workers, we thank them.

Pink & Jones (Britannia) impressed us 25 years ago, so choosing them again for our recent house move was an easy decision. Chris conducted a detailed and informative survey before providing a competitive quote.
On moving day, Sam and Mark from Alan Cook (Britannia) arrived promptly and assessed the house to devise a plan. They encouraged us to relax while they worked tirelessly, safely loading our entire four-bedroom home - including challenging gym equipment and garage contents - onto their truck.
After sharing a fish-and-chip lunch, they suggested we meet them later that afternoon, 130 miles away in Herefordshire, at the storage facility. Once again, they encouraged us to relax while they expertly filled the containers and protected our belongings despite blustery weather.
We couldn’t fault the performance or professionalism of these two and would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service. When I called through to make an enquiry, discuss storage, make a payment etc the whole team were very helpful. The guys that did the removal were very friendly, professional and made the whole process stress free.
The service was so good that my parents have decided to also use Brittania for their move in the next couple of weeks.
