Worst Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with this cargo service due to a lack of transparency and communication.
Before sending my package, I was told that battery-operated items could be included. After the package was received, those items were removed without a clear explanation.
Although removing the items should have reduced the shipment's weight, I was instead charged an additional fee based on an increased weight. When I asked for the weight measurements or supporting evidence, none was provided.
I was also charged £10 to have the removed items returned, which I felt was excessive compared with typical courier costs for a similar journey.
The tracking updates were also confusing, showing unexpected routing before the parcel continued to its destination. Overall, I found the process unclear and customer communication unsatisfactory.
Based on my experience, I would not use this service again and would recommend comparing other courier options before booking.
