A nightmare from start to end! Our booking was for 3 vans and 4 people to move us.
On moving day only 2 vans and 1 mover (and a driver who was roped in to help) turned up - late and with no communication to tell us there was a problem.
Despite the 2 men who DID turn up working their socks off, there had to be multiple trips to empty the vans and return for more: we didn’t complete the move until after 7pm, creating issues for our buyers moving in.
Then came the issue of damage - despite only being a 15 minute journey, a marble table was broken - most likely when the van repeatedly grounded reversing onto the new property.
Despite liability being acknowledged immediately by the movers, and promised insurance claim forms, nothing happened for weeks despite repeated attempts of contact.
Overall a very poor service from beginning to end. Avoid!

Barry was the first to quote and he came round in person to price the job. He was a very nice man with great enthusiasm and he gave us what turned out to be a competitive quote.
On the day us Barry, Simon, Josh and Roger were legends. They dismantled the beds and wardrobes and disconnected the washing machine. They put all the heavy furniture in padded covers. They were very friendly and polite.
When we got to the other end they took a genuine delight in the new house. They put a quilted cover on the front door to protect it and covered the stairs and landings to protect them. They reassembled the furniture and were conscientious about doing in properly.
They got our endless pile of boxes where they needed to be. They made sure we were happy about where everything ended up. They helped us and helped each other. They were very strong and capable and kept going all day.
Everything has arrived safely and they have done all the heavy lifting. Thank you Gentlemen!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. We booked last minute since our chain took an age to exchange and Barry managed to squeeze us in. Dan and the team arrived on time and were super quick loading up with no fuss or grumbles and were positive and supportive through one of the most stressful days in a family's life. Excellent value and such a nice group of guys. Would recommend to anyone!

Just Brilliant!
Cannot thank Barry and the team enough - they made our move from Somerset to the West Highlands of Scotland go like a dream. From my initial telephone contact, to them unloading at our new home the professionalism and service was second to none. Everything was protected - nothing was damaged they went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing move and were great fun to! Honestly do not bother shopping around they are really competitively priced and the service you get from these guys is priceless in fact we are so sorry we have moved so far away as we would absolutely use them again if we were to move and have recommended them to friend and family to ! Guys would you believe we had to buy more screws!!!!

Really impressed by Barry and his team. They arrived early, were incredibly efficient, organised, friendly and checked with us on where we wanted everything to go. The energy levels of the team were great even till the end of the day and they were really accommodating with moving things to where we wanted them. Moving house is stressful and knowing you are in reliable and professional hands is really important. I would 100% recommend this team and would use them again. Can't rate them high enough. The move was for a 3 bedroom house to the Bath area on April 15th 2021.
