First time using a removal firm for me and what a pleasant experience. Colin and the team turned up on time, took great care with our belongings & were very courteous. They certainly helped alleviate the stress of the day and we could not have managed without them. Colin was also very understanding prior to our move, when our exchange date kept being delayed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Steve is the rudest removal man I have ever met and unless your furniture can be taken apart ( you need to own flat pack furniture) he will refuse to make more than a 5 min effort to get it into your home and he doesn’t care one bit the devastation this causes, it was only when I insisted he try and get my dining room table in that he did it. The only saving grace is the 2 incredibly friendly polite men who do all the hard work on the day but have to put up with being spoken to in such a rude manner by the most unpleasant man that is Steve. I was told he didn’t want to take lamps or shades, pictures without glass on and grumbled when pot plants were mentioned. Steve made the whole moving experience utterly miserable and I would steer clear of his company at all costs

Brilliant Removal company.
Steve was able to slot us in at short notice, he was very understanding and communication was excellent.
On removal day everything ran so smoothly, Steve and his team went above and beyond to help.
It was an apartment move so the boys had to tackle two flights of stairs but they were still smiling at the end!!!
Thank you to you all. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent service!
They moved all our belongings on one of the hottest days of the year remaining professional throughout. Dismantled & reassembled our furniture carefully and put everything in the requested rooms. All the guys were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
