Where do I start… they came round to pick up around 25boxes 2 double bed mattresses two bikes. Loaded it in 40min. They meant to move it to a storage which you are not allow to enter. So you don’t really know where they end up and have no access to them at all. So from fire station to lunch lane where they based they charged me 600£ and they were trying to charge me another 600£ to bring it back to my new place. Also you are not allow to collect it yourself same as any other removals firm. So basically they forcing you to use them to shift staff around. Do yourself a favor and use someone else who is professional. Don’t treat your items as a hostile to claim more money of you.

Sureways provided us with a fantastic service from start to finish. Nothing at all was too much trouble. The chaps he carried out the move were very helpful and polite. Thank you very much for making our move as smooth as it was. I’d definitely recommend Sureways if you’re looking for a company who really cares about their customers and the service they provide.
