Don’t even think about it !!! Just BOOK them … they packed up our entire house with expert care and in record time.. Nothing was too much trouble. We already knew that unloading and unpacking at the other end was going to be a major challenge for them as we were drastically downsizing and it was super difficult to access the new house but they made it look effortless! What we thought was going to be a massively stressful day moving into a new house was instead exciting with how easy the team made it.. we can not recommend them enough ! Worth every single penny and them some … We can’t recommend them enough !

From beginning to end we received exceptional service from Roy Jacks. All of the staff have gone above and beyond to help us and ensure our move was seamless. From Chris coming out to quote, and then the multiple calls with the girls in the office (Maria, Sue and Kay), to the physical removal on the day from Ray, Ryan and Louis, the service was fantastic. The 3 guys arrived with a huge truck at 9am and left our new property after constructing a bed, wardrobes and completed the move at 7.30pm. They worked none stop and we simply couldn't have moved house without them. The service was worth every penny and I would recommend this company to anyone, and would certainly use again! Not one item was broken and all of our goods were handled with care. Thank you so much to everyone at Roy Jacks for everything you have done for us!

We used Roy Jacks Removals recently to move us into our new home and cannot recommend them enough. They were hard working , professional, helpful, efficient, respectful and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Two vans were used meaning that only one trip was needed which made the move run smoothly and without stress. Thanks to Chris, the ladies in the office and the lads (who were absolutely superb on the day ) We couldn’t have done it without you! 😊

We had a fantastic experience using Roy Jacks. Chris and the office staff were unbelievably helpful from start to finish. We moved over two days and a long distance. Our removal team consisted of Jack, Brad, Ray and others. They were fantastic. Went over and above to get us up and running in our our new home. Great lads, we were in safe hands. Respect of us and our property from start to finish. Also a great price.
Only negative, on removal day, an intervention from Alex threatened to compromise the smooth running of the plan put in place by Roy Jacks. This caused unnecessary stress to us, on an already stressful day. Completely unnecessary.
Do not hesitate to use Roy Jacks. I would recommend to anybody. Superb!
