The team from Nepal at Gurkha Movers did far more than simply help with a move — they brought calm, kindness and genuine care into what is usually a very stressful day.
Milan and Sushant worked with exceptional politeness, quiet professionalism and a truly positive presence. Every item was handled with care and respect, as if it carried its own story. They were organised, attentive and incredibly considerate throughout.
They didn’t just move belongings — they moved them with dignity.
They didn’t just arrange boxes — they eased the anxiety of the day.
Their good energy, respectful manner and strong work ethic made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. It is rare to encounter such a combination of professionalism and humanity.
I only wish all workers approached their roles with the same integrity, kindness and dedication.

Very efficient, reliable, and professional service. Chales and Khushal were careful with our belongings and respectful throughout the move. They were also open to changes, which made everything much easier. Our move in the middle of December 2025 was handled smoothly and made far less stressful. Thanks, Gurkha movers. Would definitely recommend!

Gurkha Movers were fantastic from start to finish. The day before completion, Sabine came to pack up the entire house and was super quick, punctual, and friendly. By the afternoon, two more team members arrived to help start loading the van, which made the whole process feel very smooth and well organised.
The following day, three people returned to finish loading, dismantled my bed, and had everything on the road by 10:30am — incredibly efficient! When we arrived at my new house, they were extremely careful, placing everything into the designated rooms exactly as requested. They even reassembled my bed, which was a huge weight off my mind.
They were very reasonably priced too, and even did military discount. If I had any questions before the move, they responded very quickly, and reassured me.
Thank you so much to Gurkha Movers for such a stress-free move, and a special thank you to Sabine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from Gurkha Movers.
Used them in December 2025 and was really impressed. They were reasonably priced, professional, and incredibly hard‑working. Bob and his team were outstanding — efficient, careful, and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend.

Gurkha Movers did an excellent job in moving my home recently. Everything went super smooth. The manager Anil was very kind, helpful, and respectful. The team was super hardworking, friendly, and so polite. They carried everything with great care. I strongly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Five stars to Gurkha Movers
These guys were fantastic and went above a beyond with our house move in August this year.
Moving house isn’t generally something one does very often, so there were some concerns we had having not moved in 25 years.
Nothing what so ever to worry about - these guys do it every day and really know what they’re doing.
The only thing that got damaged was one gravy boat, which may have had a crack in it anyway.
Thank you once again Gurkha Movers - Great Job done ✅
