Charged a fortune, threw boxes onto the lorry, took 3 days to complete the move. Broke a couple of items and denied responsibility.
Did the job at 2hrs notice
Overpriced
Too rushed, no communication, not enough care taken, lied about the van being full.

The actual move was very good but the packing was poor. I have 7 plates/bowls broken as not packed properly and they are one off items bought over the years abroad and in UK.
Also no system to packing or understandable labelling on boxes. Found things by pure chance in odd boxes, still not found remotes to TV!
I have sent pictures, as requested , to the company just over 1 week ago but not had acknowledgement of any kind.
Getting concerned. We had insurance with the company but no details.
